LEGAL EXPERIENCE HAGUE CONFERENCE ON PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW, August 2016 – present Protection Orders Project Consultant Conducting comparative research on the recognition and enforcement of foreign civil protection orders. This research is in relation to a potential new international treaty that would seek to protect victims of, inter alia, domestic violence, interpersonal violence, female genital mutilation, human trafficking, “honour-crimes” etc., in cross-border settings.

ABA-UNDP INTERNATIONAL LEGAL RESOURCE CENTER (ILRC) Junior Expert on Cybercrime, July 2014 – December 2014 Provided an external review of Draft Cybercrime Law in Cambodia, that contains broad and vague provisions that may permit the criminalization of legitimate acts of expression and violate the right to privacy. Conducted comparative research on this issue in other jurisdictions.
