Contact [email protected] RENTAL NOTES ONLY AVAILABLE AT JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO LACKLAND All wheeled items must be picked up by 3 p.m. Allow one hour for check-out and check- in of items. Lost or damaged non-mechanical items will be assessed a replacement fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to load and unload all rental equipment. CANCELLATIONS There will be a $10 administrative fee for cancellations. Cancellation must be made seven days prior to checkout. Rain checks will be given for cancellations made within seven days of pickup. DAMAGED & CLEANING FEES All equipment returned dirty and or/wet will be assessed a cleaning fee of up to a $100. Missing or damaged parts will be assessed full replacement cost. Damage to equipment will be assessed actual repair cost. Boats must be returned clean and fish holding tanks must be empty. If boat is returned dirty a cleaning fee of up to $100 fee will be assessed. Camper trailers must be returned clean with empty water storage tanks and sewage systems or a cleaning or dump fee of up to $100 will be assessed. BOUNCE HOUSES Must be returned clean and dry INSIDE and OUT. Do not leave inflatables up overnight. In the event of rain, deflate and cover with a tarp.     GENERAL ROBIN RAND Gen. Robin Rand is the Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, La. He is responsible for organizing, training, equipping all U.S. intercontinental ballistic missile and bomber forces. The command's mission is to provide combat-ready forces for nuclear deterrence and global strike operations. The command comprises more than 23,000 professionals operating at six wings that control the nation's inventory of Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles, B-2 and B-52 bomber aircraft. General Rand was commissioned in 1979 after graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He's had multiple flying tours; served as an air liaison officer with the U.S. Army; and has had staff tours on the Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Air Staff. General Rand's previous commands include the 36th Fighter Squadron, USAF Weapons School, 8th Fighter Wing, 56th Fighter Wing, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing at Balad Air Base, Iraq, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), and prior to this assignment, Air Education and Training Command. General Rand is a command pilot with more than 5,080 flying hours, including more than 470 combat hours.
