MAINTAINING MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING Our mental health and wellbeing are just as important as our physical health. Positive mental health and well- being enable us to function well, have meaningful so- cial connections, positive self-esteem and enable us to cope better with life’s ups and downs.
