Former Greece, NY Police officer Gary Pignato who was convicted on bribery and coercion and official misconduct charges in 2009, stemming from several traffic stops of women, whom he would try to force into having sex with him in exchange for him letting them off traffic tickets and crimes, has been denied parole.

In one case, Pignato responded to a domestic disturbance call where the boyfriend of a young woman had called police.

Once Pignato learned the woman was on probation, he bribed the woman by telling her that if she did not have sex with him he would arrest her and she would be in violation of her probation.

Officer Gary Pignato then had sex with the woman, consisting of intercourse, oral and anal sex.

Pignato would routinely follow women to their homes and stalk them.

At his sentencing, Pignato told the Judge “I literally placed my life on the line” as an officer and that it’s “degrading and demoralizing to be in jail.”

Pignato was sentenced 2 to 6 years in New York State Prison.

Before going to work for the Greece, NY Police department, Pignato was fired from the Rochester, NY Police department for ordering a male transvestite to perform oral sex on a fellow Rochester Police officer.

Worry not. Police have been putting non-violent non-offenders in jail for long enough that you won’t be TOTALLY surrounded by hardened criminals that would hurt a cop if given the chance. So you’ll be on the receiving end of those sexual abuses you liked to dish out so much. Talk about the punishment fitting the crime!

as I thought. You are yet again poorly informed. First, his is a military issue, he claimed PTSD from his deployment. His exgirlfriend had to restraining orders against him. He knew he was off his rocker and LAPD agreed to a point and got him out of their ranks. He is brilliant product of the US military, not law enforcement.
