Current Version: June 9, 2021 2021 Race Event and Year-End Awards Guide Introduction Current February 24, 2021 With this presentation, you will be introduced to the ARCA Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Awards Program. The 2021 Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Program is the Series Prize Money and Decal Program, the contingency program which allows sponsors to support the drivers, team members, and car owners with per race and year end awards. The 2021 Corporate Partners and Participating Manufacturers Contingency Program rewards teams and drivers for displaying sponsor decals, and for utilizing sponsor products and services. What Makes a Track Fast?
Building SPEED What Makes a Track Fast? What Makes a Track Fast? Tracks on the NASCAR circuit are measured using multiple attributes. Statistics can range from length of track, banking degrees in curves, average speed of laps, width of lanes, to many other features. When sifting through all of those numbers, how do we decide which tracks are truly the fastest? Let’s use the following data: Track Name Length of track Banking Fastest Lap in (in miles) (in degrees) 2010 (mph) 1 Atlanta Motor Speedway 1.54 24 192.761 2 Auto Club Speedway (Fontana, CA) 2 14 185.285 3 Bristol Motor Speedway .533 30 124.630 4 Charlotte Motor Speedway 1.5 24 191.544 5 Chicagoland Speedway 1.5 18 183.542 6 Darlington Raceway 1.366 24 180.370 7 Daytona International Speedway 2.5 31 191.188 8 DoVer International Speedway 1 24 157.315 9 Homestead-Miami Speedway 1.5 20 176.904 10 Indianapolis Motor Speedway 2.5 9 182.278 11 Kansas Speedway 1.5 15 174.644 12 Las Vegas Motor Speedway 1.5 20 188.719 13 MartinsVille Speedway .526 12 97.018 14 Michigan International Speedway 2 18 189.984 15 New Hampshire Motor Speedway 1.058 12 133.572 16 Phoenix International Speedway 1 10 136.389 17 Pocono Raceway 2.5 9 171.393 18 Richmond International Raceway .750 14 127.077 19 Talladega Superspeedway 2.66 33 184.640 20 Texas Motor Speedway 1.5 24 195.397 This data has three components: Length of Track: This is the total length of one revolution around the track Banking: This is the degree of banking in the steepest portion of the track Fastest Lap in 2010: This is the fastest speed of the driver during their qualifying laps that landed the pole position at one of the races held at the track in the 2010 season. -

SRT Motorsports - Weekend Preview - June 7 New Track Surface, New Distance Adds Speed and Drama to Pocono Travis Pastrana, Dodge Dart in Texas for GRC Event
Contact: Matthew Simmons Adam Saal Bill Klingbeil SRT Motorsports - Weekend Preview - June 7 New Track Surface, New Distance Adds Speed and Drama to Pocono Travis Pastrana, Dodge Dart in Texas for GRC Event June 6, 2012, Auburn Hills, Mich. - Pocono Raceway welcomes the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series this weekend with a new racing surface and shorter race distance adding to the drama at one of the most historic and scenic tracks on the schedule. Pocono Raceway is certainly unique. Its three-turn design includes the longest frontstretch of any track in NASCAR, producing speeds in excess of 200 mph heading a relatively flat Turn 1. All three turns are different, causing headaches for crew chiefs and engineers who must find the right balance for their 3,500 lb. stock cars. Additionally, for the first time in the track’s history, the race is scheduled for 400 miles, down from 500. That adds a new wrinkle in fuel and pit strategy. Thirty-six NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers tested the freshly repaved track surface at Pocono on Wednesday in preparation for this weekend’s 400. Thirty-three of them eclipsed the best practice speed from last August’s event at the 2.5-mile facility. Testing at Pocono concludes today with a morning and afternoon session. “Engineers that like fast tracks are going to love Pocono,” said SRT Motorsports engineer Howard Comstock. “The complete repave of the facility since last summer is going to lead to incredible speeds on the two-and-a-half-mile, three-turn triangle. With the longest straightaways in Sprint Cup racing, Pocono has always been relatively fast. -

A Nascar Affiliated Marketing Company Was Looking for Someone That Could Custom Design and Build a Long Life Trailer. They Look
A Nascar affiliated marketing company was looking for someone that could custom design and build a long life trailer. They looked toward Featherlite, Optima and several other well known aluminum trailer manufactures and were just not impressed. We gave them a tour of ATC's factory and introduced them to a couple of our engineers and they knew that ATC was the manufacture that they were looking for. ATC's CAD prints helped them know exactly how the trailers would be laid out so that they could order the simulators and other equipment to have installed. Advantage was able to provide business financing that made purchasing these trailers easy. Keep your eyes open at the following tracks and you may get to see this trailer in person and do some racing!
