Kowloon Walled City Park Guided Tours Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department

Application Procedures

(A) Purpose: The guided tour aims to enhance visitors’ understanding of the heritage site, history and design of the Kowloon Walled City Park.

(B) Target groups: Non-profit making organisations or subvented non-governmental organisations registered with the Social Welfare Department, and schools.

(E) Language: Cantonese

(F) Booking 1. Interested organisation may complete the attached application form procedures: and return it by mail to the Kowloon Walled City Park Office, Tung Tsing Road, Kowloon City or by fax (fax no.: 2383 5506). Places are limited and applications are processed on a first come, first served basis;

2. 6 month advance booking: Booking application may be submitted as early as 6 months but not less than 1 month in advance (i.e. for guided tour in September, application should reach the Kowloon Walled City Park Office between 1 February and 31 July of the same year). Late applications will only be considered as far as possible;

3. If you require a reply by post, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your application for ease of processing.

(G) Rules to be observed by organisation/school:

1. Visitors from organisations/schools must arrive 15 minutes before the booked session; 2. A minimum of 10 persons and a maximum of 30 persons are allowed in each group, which must be accompanied by at least a person-in-charge of the activity; 3. Organisations/schools are required to arrange their own travel arrangements and take care of the safety of participants; 4. Participants must follow the instructions of park staff and are not allowed to run or yell in the park.
