DWELLING FIRE PROGRAMS Civil Service Employees Insurance Company offers a standalone DP3 with optional CPL or OL&T. Designed for dwellings used exclusively for residential purposes with no more than 4 units, accepting up to a total of 10 units per customer.

AUTO PROGRAMS Good Drivers can expect to receive a broad range of competitively priced preferred automobile insurance products through Civil Service Employees Insurance Company.

BOAT PROGRAMS A Boatowners policy is available to the owner of a watercraft (including sailboats) up to and including 26 feet in length and with a maximum speed of 45 MPH. Unlisted Resident Family A $1,000 deductible will apply besides any other applicable policy deductible shown on the declarations Members page for the coverage.

Operator Definition An operator is any licensed person who has access to the named insured’s vehicle(s). All persons in the household of driving age must be declared on the application for underwriting purposes.

License Requirements Each principal or occasional operator in the household must have verifiable driving experience with a valid permanent license issued in Arizona. Resident members of the household, holding a permit, are considered permissive drivers (if named insureds have given permission to drive an insured vehicle) while driving with a qualified licensed driver. Permit drivers must be added onto the policy as drivers when a permanent license is acquired.

Operators under 20 or Parents’ auto insurance must be written with CSE at time of application, must reside in same household, Licensed Less than 3 Yrs must have a temporary driver’s license

Conviction and Accident Citation points follow the driver and surcharge will apply to the vehicle the driver is rated on. Accident Surcharges surcharges will be split between the two highest rated vehicles on a multi-car policy. Accident surcharge is assessed against the policy and does not follow the driver or vehicle involved in the accident. The surcharge will be split between the two highest rated vehicles on a multi-car policy (all accident points are divided by two and corresponding factor is applied to the two highest rated cars).

Named Driver Exclusions For each driver in the household who is ineligible, a Named Driver Exclusion may be issued for that driver. The completed form F.33065B must be signed by the named insured & attached to the policy. Named insureds can be excluded. Underwriting approval of the named driver exclusion is required.

Insured-Initiated The named insured may request the policy to be canceled at any time during the policy period. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Residences  Underlying insurance for all residences; including rental properties of 4 units or less, private residences, covered watercraft owned by, or leased or rented to the named insured or any member of the named insured's household, must be on a comprehensive basis and have limits of liability not less than $300,000 each occurrence.  No more than 10 rental units in total can be covered on the PUL policy.

Rating & Submittal:  Rate in SPInn program by starting New Quote from an existing customer.  Tip: The umbrella premium for policies with auto limits of $250/$500 is much higher than for policies with $500/$500. It is usually less expensive to increase the auto underlying limits than write the umbrella over $250/$500 limits.  All umbrella risks must be submitted through SPInn  Attach copies of all policies for coverages not with CSE and all signed exclusion endorsements directly to the SPInn umbrella application.
