does hereby approve the closure of Bruce Avenue from Crawford to Legion Bloor from Crawford to Main Main from Bloor to Golden and Golden from Bloor to Crawford from 600 am to 600 pm on Saturday August 11 to permit the Porcupine Miners Memorial Committee to hold various events AND FURTHER THAT the Porcupine Miners Memorial Committee be exempt from City of Timmins Noise Bylaw No 19831998 in accordance with Section 4B and Section 6 for hosting the event AND FURTHER THAT a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Timmins Police Services AND FURTHER THAT liability insurance in the amount in Ontario and the Provincial Government is committed to fostering a leading edge forest industry that is globally recognized for its productivity and environmental stewardship AND WHEREAS Building a Wood Culture in Ontario has the potential to be a catalyst for stimulating the industry innovation creating new markets for high value wood products and showcasing environmental advantages of wood as a construction material AND WHEREAS the economy of Ontarios forest dependent communities would benefit from diversification and investment in a new generation of knowledgebased valueadded wood products NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Timmins does hereby reaffirm its commitment use a to Resolution 00268 Building with a Wood Option which encourages municipal construction to wood
