WINTHERSTORMER - WOODWORK (CD) WintherStormer is an electronic band performing improvised electronic music on analog instruments without any safety WintherStormer went into studio in January 2007 to record their first CD after many festival appearances, including the Oslo Synth festival and the Oslo Prog festival, as well as the major synth festival «E-live» in Holland October 2006. Positive reviews from press in Norway, Holland, Spain, England and America as well as a solid request from the fans contributed to the band´s desire to release a studio CD. The music is totally improvised, both musically and electronically. Everything is laid open, with no pre-programmed sounds (no MIDI involved) or pre-arranged musical structures. The music is in all senses of the word - live. WintherStormer performs music on analog modular synthesizers, electronic guitar and metal and wood percussion. The music is inspired by the music of the 1970s, when bands and musicians searched the corners of rock music, making improvised music in the cross-section between strange electronic sounds and the minimalistic drive of rock. WAVE WORLD - CLOUDSEEDER (2-CD) The group Wave World operates on many levels. Basically, they are the Dutch duo of Gert van Santen and Harry Kessels who realize interesting electronic spacemusic with synthesizers and computers. The many layers surrounding this solid musical core include live performances utilizing language and costumes portraying the inhabitants of an imaginary alien world; augmented and inspired by the wide-screen computer generated visual concepts of their third and silent member, Rolf van Slooten. With the concurrent release of Cloudseeder and Another Strange Day On Gonxa, Wave World turns in two strong efforts, demonstrating their extraordinary musical abilities while covering the length and breadth of their sonic dimensions. Cloudseeder is a double disc which, along with several other pieces, includes two sets of music realized on the STAR'S END Ambient Radio broadcast of 10.14.01. These tracks, both in the 30 minute range, demonstrate Wave World's great ability to improvise music as well as their vision as artists. Recorded live on the air, "Star's End Part I + II - Live" were experienced by Wave World as "time in the moment". They were not recreating an existing studio composition but attempting to realize something new and unique. For the musicians, there's just the time of the performance - each interaction carries a distinct power of its own. As for the audience, we must use of minds to create an internal representation, a tonal map to keep track of harmonic space. Elsewhere on the album, coming in at over 62 minutes, the track "Nebulae - An Ambient Symphony" is a piece so long that the sense of composition disappears. Without any real beginnings or endings to concern the listener, we can enjoy the time spent with this music where ever in the piece we find ourselves. Cloudseeder goes well beyond what is expected from this heretofore primarily rhythmic and melodic based group. Throughout the two volumes, Wave World's aural explorations travel amidst the dark corners and twilight realms of smooth spacemusic. ALIO DIE - SOL NIGER (CD) A series of eleven ambient sound installations built around drones, diverse striking and manipulated radio noise. There are some low-key, loose recurring melodic elements here and there with guitars played by Massimo Iadarola and flutes by Gianfranco Cualbu. Bells tinkle, ambiguous low tones rumble, voices haunting and distant or gravelly with distortion mumble unintelligibly and percussive sounds that could be falling scaffolding, beaten tubes or ethnic drums punctuate the mix. Stefano's choice of instrumentation is most interestingly described as being 'sonorous objects' - this well encompasses sound sources that could be disturbances of industrial debris, shufflings of bizarre objects or manipulation of radio static. There are ethnic rhythms and hits, field recordings and zither musings. Still, lulling and restful as bell chimes carried on the wind - beautiful passages with flutes and water noises, lazy jangling and soft drones - uneasy, dark passages of weighty disquiet and looping, cycling areas of illusionary space. The mood shifts as improvisations meander at whim and exploratory reaching stretch curiously through the imagination. The first tracks are especially tranquil with more uncomfortable influences creeping in as the CD progresses. Alio Die's beautiful irregular, natural collages and assemblages lie nestled between tight black borders and panels. Shells, husks, seeds

and leaves are strung into arcane percussive constructions - very tactile and suggestive of sound. Text is simple, not competing with the imagery, yet still providing all the information we need: Track titles, credits, thanks, website and background details. Track titles tell us what mood to expect: So Far Away, Internal Haunt, Radiospace, Dead Cities. The press release for Sol Niger tells us that this new CD contains unrealized material recorded by Alio die in the year 2001, mostly around the time of the winter solstice. Older recordings produced in Milan in 1990 along with radio noise from an old Valvular Model have been edited and integrated. The sound atmosphere of this release is close in some ways to the first cds by Alio Die, with a light electronic taste, in the feeling of the dark that passes before a new dawn. Personally I find the juxtaposition of decayed transmission noise with organic environments to be very effective - creating a sense of remoteness and melancholy - suggesting a time far distant and yet an intimate presence, warm and inviting. Artistic ambient fans with an ear for the unusual. Try this CD if you'd like a futuristic vision of dead cities and distant humanity wrapped up in a well crafted presentation - if you'd like to drift along to something that will both sooth and unsettle you. Sol Niger will appeal to drone fans looking for sound sources beyond the norm, to listeners-in on recycled worlds. Morpheus

I don't have enough words to describe how good this album is but this sure is a Masterpiece of it's own!. A mind journey through many of earths mystical places is what comes to mind when I listen to this incredible sound, a journey so full of emotions there is nothing like it! ALPHA WAVE MOVEMENT - REGIONS BETWEEN (CDR) The Regions Between is not new music that has just been composed and released this year but it is some great unreleased music that was recorded between 2001-2006 which Gregory decided to dust off and share with us on this CD. Although the music is rather diverse and covers multiple themes via the 8 tracks on this CD it is still an enjoyable trip and well worth taking. From the Ether kicks off this collection and was originally recorded back in 2004 as an introduction to a larger piece of music. From the Ether is a rather spacey sounding cut that does sound like it was leading up to something but does work rather well as a stand alone track too. Gregory uses the music to good effect as it drifts along using sparse instrumentation and some nice synth effects that fade into and out of the spotlight. The central keyboards occupy the main portion of the music which gives the song a nice open feel and as the synth effects fade into and out of the background it sounds like the wind blowing occasionally through the song. The Regions Between does offer the listener a diverse group of styles in regards to the music they will find here and track 2 which is called Nucleogenesis emphasizes this as it starts off with a nice little keyboard piece before moving into the heart of what makes this second track start to move ahead. The music has essentially a duel nature to it with the space music and otherworldly synths continuing but they share space with a pulsating sequencer that brings the whole song to life but doesn't overpower the beautiful feeling of airiness that permeates the song as a whole. on the CD is a very enjoyable piece of music that is very lighthearted with a great laid back groove and a catchy hook that keeps you bouncing and tapping your foot as you progress through the song.. Again this just goes to show that AWM is capable of quite a bit of diversity in his music and this collection of unreleased tunes should send you out looking for some of Gregory’s earlier works to see what else he has been up to. The last track that I want to mention is the song called Distant Nebula and as the title suggests this is a song that will take you wandering around the cosmos with expansive soundscapes that really do justice to the song’s title. There are some great sounds wandering around the soundscape that add character to the piece and gives you something to look at as the stars go drifting by. The song clocks in at 10 minutes so it gives Gregory ample time to develop the musical textures along this journey and to dazzle you with some great synth washes along the way. The song does not stop there as a subtle undercurrent of a pulsing beat is added in around the 7 minute mark that takes the listener in a slightly different direction but still maintains the feel of the song as a whole. The synths and the effects continue to play out in the background while the listener is treated to the rhythms as yet another point of focus during this very pleasant trip. All in all The Regions Between is a collection of songs from AWM that covers a period of 5 years but listening to them collected here they all seem to belong together on this CD. The music is well produced and the songs even though some of them may have been out takes or tracks not used from other projects don't have the feel of songs that should have been abandoned or never revisited. It is apparent that Gregory has spent time with this music and by knowing his material so well he knew which songs, even though they weren't used at the time, were still powerful pieces of music in and of themselves. This release just goes to show that even the music that didn't get used is still great music. It also points to the fact that if the music that didn't get used is this great then how much better is the material that did get used the first time through. CHAD HOEFLER - TWILIGHT IN THE OFFING (CD) I have come to expect quality ambient recordings from the Hypnos label, and Chad Hoefler's Twilight in the Offing causes no departure from that expectation. Small wonder too, when one realizes post-production work on this CD was done by none other than Robert Rich. Sometimes an album that's just "right" falls into your hands. That seems to be the case with this one. This is an album of deep atmospherics and rich, full textures. One can gain a sense of the flavor of this CD by reading the track titles: crimson lost, enveloping shadow, substrata, refugia, in a marooned moment, on the eve of plum forest, and orchard of stone. Six out of the seven pieces on this CD are longer than eight minutes in length; two of them are nearly 10 minutes long. In many ways, this is ambient music the way it's supposed to be! Bubbling cauldrons, hypnotic beats, guitar "noises" (honest, that's what it says in the liner notes) by Peter Maunu of Group 87 fame (among others), and yet the music simply oozes along. There is no doubt that Hoefler is in good company, and the results of this album demonstrate that. Brian Eno made us aware that music could become part of our experiential landscape. STEVE ROACH - HOLDING THE SPACE (FEVER DREAMS II) (CD) I've been a supporter and fan of Steve Roach for a long time now. Early on in this Weblog’s history, I wrote about him in one of my earliest entries from 2004. Since then, he has released more than five solo or collaborative albums, and recently I added a number of newer Roach works to my collection, which already takes up a whole bookshelf. These are releases from 2004 through 2006. In chronological order from 2004 on, the first one in my new batch is FEVER DREAMS II (2004), subtitled “Holding the Space,” the second part of a series of percussion and drone-trance pieces Roach created along with percussionist Byron Metcalf and bassist Patrick O’Hearn. This set of seven tracks is in the “shamanic” mode that Roach and his collaborators have done so well over the years. Most of the pieces have the regular rhythm, marked by both acoustic and electronic instruments, which shamans claim induces altered states of consciousness. Roach also makes much use of electric guitar, something he has been doing steadily since his “Earth Island” series in the early ‘90s. He uses dissonant and micro tonal chords to set a rather dark “soundworld,” but here he also plays actual tone-rows, including an ascending scale in one intense and focused passage. Usually, Roach doesn't use that much vocalizing, but FEVER DREAMS II features singing and wailing by Jennifer Grais, a versatile singer who is also a “horse shaman,” working with equines as a spiritual path. If Native Americans sang the blues without words, they might sound like Jennifer. And the insistent rhythms in the tracks of FEVER DREAMS II at times mimic the galloping of a horse. The last track, a long piece called “Holding the Space,” is an answer and variation of its counterpart on the earlier FEVER DREAMS album, the long track “Tantra Mantra.” Both feature trance percussion, overlaid by uneasy chords from Roach’s well-reverbed guitar. ALIO DIE & SAFRON WOOD - THE SLEEP OF SEEDS (CD) Three wandering tracks of evolving drones and percussive scattering. The artists suggest a ritualistic approach to music creation making creative use of such diverse sonic sources as flutes, tubes, various objects, rattles, shells and bells along with ambient drones, loops and effects. An accordion is played but not for melody, more as if exploring the instrument as an unfamiliar sound object, producing long droning strands. This CD feels almost like the soundtrack to a piece of outdoor performance art, as manipulated natural sounds unfurl among flutish breaths, metallic jangles and whirling tubes. At times the impression is one of lonely winds blowing through derelicts, at other times the loose structure produces an almost carefree feeling - all the while the titles draw us downward into nature with all of its urgent serenity. Dissonant layers, water effects and thick rolling textures work to bind everything into a focused poetry of montaged sound. In keeping with the theme of the project, the cover artwork features a collage of seeds, seed pods and rich texture all carefully laid out like a gallery presentation. The original edition packaging of this CD is quite an elaborate affair, with compositions of actual tissues and seeds inside the tray. Stefano says ".I personally did already 500 of them in the last year." Inside we have the three track titles: The Sleep Of Seeds, Awakening In A New Form and A Dream Of Mother Ground along with appropriate credits. The package works well to create a unified vision of the life cycle and dream world of plants and soil. Both Alio Die and Saffron Wood pleasantly invite contact by including their email addresses alongside photographic portraits. Three haunting explorations of unearthly sound built around a very earthly concept. Many of the elements sound improvised to such an

extent that they're almost too random to be of human origin - thick breathing and rumbles, water noises and bestial snorting. By contrast the introduction of a gently plucked zither produces a warming melodic tenor. Stefano tells us regarding his approach to recording "sometimes the quality of the sounds, I mean special tunings and kind of vibrations, can help a lot to go into a new layer of sensibility. In the studio process this discovery opens possibilities to enter into the special taste of the specific sound combinations. Then finding the best approach for the occasion, it becomes transparent that the music form starts to shine itself". Ambient fans who enjoy an experimental sound. The Sleep Of Seeds will appeal to those who like a 'natural' atmosphere and improvisational approach. MORPHEUS
DAVE FULTON & GILES REAVES - THE RANGE (CD) The unique fusion of electronic and acoustic instruments on The Range is evident as “Endless Range and Time” opens the disc. Spacey electronic passages sit comfortably alongside beautiful classical piano. “Facsination” has a more overtly synthesized sound, but real drums blur the lines between rock and electronic music, much like Tangerine Dream did during their heyday. It’s this seemingly dichotomous blend of guitars, drums, piano and synthesizers that make the Dave Fulton/Giles Reaves combination work so well, providing plenty of surprises and a fresh new approach that defies easy categorization or description. “Blinded By Time” is a beautiful interlude with electronic textures, soft bells, and an oboe-like synth lead. Throughout, the focus is on music to fully engage in and appreciate, as even the quieter pieces demand attention. “Troubled Skies” begins with an excellent hypnotic sequencer loop, then adds depth with soft percussion that slowly builds to an emotion-filled crescendo before a dreamy atmospheric finish. “Enduring Time” continues the pattern of skillfully weaving rock and electronic elements in imaginative ways. “Being Within The Range” has a dramatic sci-fi opening, but piano is the dominant instrument as it develops with a rather ominous feeling. “Feeling Hopelessly Drawn” is another good one, a relaxed affair, and an excellent metaphor to describe your likely reaction as you listen to The Range. It only gets better as it goes, the sweeping epic tracks “The Range” and “The Space Between” leading into “The Walk” which serves as a subdued understated denouement. OMEGA SYNDICATE - BAPTISM OF WIRE (CDR) As with their other Limited Edition cds this album of all new music is bound to sell out fast. As I write half have gone already. Tron chords provide a lush beginning to 'Control Freak'. As expected it doesn't take long before a sequence makes an entrance, and quite a melodic one it is too - high register but fairly rapid. Dark ominous fizzing drones add to the build up. The sequence morphs beautifully, gaining power all the time. Those drones also increase in intensity, coming and going in waves, almost like a warning siren. A bass line gives proceedings even greater oomph. It's like being in the middle of a storm, devastation going on all around but somehow being protected from the external forces. Unbelievably the track just keeps building and building becoming more bass heavy as we go, the floor shaking in response. What an awesome opener! 'Secrets in the Sand' has an appropriately mysterious Eastern sounding melody over more soft Mellotron. Exciting rapid pulsations come in waves carrying the track forward, providing its backbone until more strident leads arrive in the seventh minute. 'Haunted' starts, as expected with rather eerie sounds but it is only a few seconds before the sequence emerges. It is initially relatively sedate, quite melodic

and absolutely fantastic, weaving the most captivating of spells. Big slabs of bass sound with loads of reverb add to the tension. Specters fly amongst the pulsations. There is subtlety here as well with every sound beautifully placed. Take anything away and it would be to the detriment and yet every time a new element is added it enhances the whole wonderfully. A sedate melody floats in the middle of the mix. Other aggressive stabbing melodies come and go. The pace really quickens in the ninth minute, the specters return and a purposeful rhythm augments the sequence. In the twelfth minute the most awesome of melodies is introduced which transcends an already fantastic track to one of the bands very finest if not THE finest. 'Fuse' gets straight into a sequence and electric guitar combination. A further bass sequence comes in as the guitar gives it some oomph. All then seems to wind down a little as organ joins proceedings before things take off again, the sequences leading the way. Don't hang around on this one; it won't be available for long. Dave Law
FRANK KLARE - DIGITALIC (CD) Digitalic is the conclusion of Analogic re released in 1999 and re edited in 2005. Like Analogic, Frank Klare proposes six titles, but instead of the softness and the spiritual undulation of the analog, Digitalic is of an extreme musical hardness where numeric and the complexity of the emotions are masters. Digitalic One opens the work with a short harmonious reflection in own way of intro. A light melodious sequential loop bores with minimalism docility. Gradually, a line of bass is installing on hypnotic cymbalistic percussions. The sound universe is rich and dense, when that cold slapping of a metal percussion animates the track of a hyper digital bound, giving to Digitalic One an unusual musical strength and deep, dressed of a dense synthetic armour, which superimposes musical minimalism layers, creating a sound intoxication which finds its fierce in the echotic mode of interposed modules. A superb title that introduces an album to the limits of an artistic paradox. Nervous and hypertensive, Digitalic Two goes down as a reversed spiral where the notes multiply in an insane race. A little as a frenzied runs after its tail, convinced to be guided by strange metallic voices. Part three and four are superb approaches of current Berlin School with a breath of long ago, pointing out analog intoxications. Frank Klare multiplies loops inter laced, in a minimalism symphony puffed up of short synthetic jumps which are lost in a stylized cacophony where harmony finds a chaotic road of a very conclusive digital coldness. We feel Ron Boots touch on Digitalic Five and Six. If the first is a superb hypnotic procession, worthy of Steve Roach great tribal moments, the second is laborious on a beautiful bass sequence which undulates a hesitant tempo, on suave eclectic breaths of an aboriginal heat. A title with discrete percussions, which defines more the vision of these two artists, on a growing rhythm and Wrapping synth. Digitalic is a two shutters album; the first part of Frank Klare is an immense sensory flood where the coldness is coated to a strange feeling of latent schizophrenia cause of the incredible spirals which overhang this portion. The second part, with Ron Boots, is completely its opposite. Giving to Digitalic a unique character which combines insanity and serenity on superb minimalism alloys. A powerful album which depicts the strong influences of Frank Klare and Ron Boots on the marvellous world of EM. ERIK WOLLO - WIND JOURNEY (CD)

The brief moment between pushing "play" and hearing the opening notes of Wind Journey by Erik Wollo, can only be likened to the anticipation experienced at the head of a scenic mountain trail; a path where your footprints will be the first in quite some time. What lies ahead promises to be vivid, intoxicating and affirming. Upon listening to Wind Journey, it becomes obvious why this album is constantly being associated with rugged landscapes, sweeping mountain ranges and vast coastal fjords. Wollo's work here is the musical equivalent of crossing a majestic landscape, over the earth and beneath the stars. Wollo's dynamic sonic expeditions are well-conceived and melody driven. Lofty guitar themes intermingle easily with regal synth lines, cleverly crafted so as to be nearly indistinguishable. The voyage is propelled, often briskly, over a foundation of ticking percussives and syncopated slide. Wind Journey also has its share of introspective, even tender moments. These expressive and gentle serenades are surely some of contemporary instrumental's warmest passages. The album is an overwhelmingly positive listening experience, completely unselfconscious, bringing air and light to our internal listening space. Chuck Van Zyl / Star's End

BLUE KNIGHTS - NIGHT TALK (CD) Polite, agreeable, undistinguished. It's a description that could be attached to any number of smooth-jazz recordings, and it certainly applies to Night Talk from the German foursome Blue Knights, a group whose best-known member is composer-keyboarist-producer Curtis McLaw, one-half of the duo Dancing Fantasy. Pleasant to the point of innocuousness, this 59-minute package offers modest production values and minimal virtuosity, but its mid- and uptempo melodies offer just enough attractiveness that it may find its way onto smooth-jazz playlists. The brightest candidates for such recognition are "Funky Bill," peppered with Al Jarreau-like vocalizing and finger-snapping grooves, and "Vegaz Dance," a mild-mannered toe-tapper for flute and piano. The one track that offers something other than a formula smooth-jazz structure is an appealing, slow-go piano solo ("The Moon") that McLaw inserts as the disc's penultimate track. Otherwise, Night Talk is largely inoffensive, easily accessible background music for your next patio party. Terry Wood
VOLT - NUCLEOSYNTHESIS (CD) If you liked the previous albums by Volt such as "Through The Rings" and "Star Compass", then you might as well go for this one! An incredible sequencer journey from start to finish. The best track is Implosion IMO, which is also the longest of the three and has most sequencer based rhythms. Think of this album as a mix between Tangerine Dream's album Poland and a little bit of Gert Emmens sound, then you get the idea of what this album will bring you. A fast way to heaven! VIRIDIAN SUN - PERIHELION (CD) This is an excursion into very dark ambient territory, an amelodic, surreal, incorporeal world. Viridian Sun is synthesist and Hypnos label owner M. Griffin and guitarist David Tollefson, and both combine

their indescribable sounds into a mysterious and wonderful concoction that not only draws its influence from modern pioneers such as Vidna Obmana and Jeff Greinke, but hearkens back to the analog pioneers of Tangerine Dream and Conrad Schinitzler. "Epihelion" is a 12 minute opener that reminds me of some of Lightwave's deeper moments, a sonic painting whose every sound is both familiar and strange, it's rich with subtlety and an instant classic. The middle seven tracks are shorter pieces than their bookends, and each one is vibrantly different and headily spacious. "Elixir Sonic" is low-toned and growling, with similarities to Loren Nerell's more ambient work. "Voidvertigo" is out in deep space, bubbling and strange cosmic sounds permeate the vacuum. At 4'39, it's over much too fast. "Ion Or" is perhaps the CD's most eerie moment, portraying quantum randomness with atonal synth and cosmic guitar sounds. The 15 minute title track finishes off the set, and is perhaps the CD's most challenging piece, combining Schnitzler-like experimentation with hints of Jon Hassell and Ariel Kalma, an insistent synth cycle giving way to bizarre and sentient atmosphere. This is sure to delight those into the more challenging side of ambient music. Mike McLatchey / Expose Magazine
JAMES JOHNSON & MA JA LE - SEED (CD) Glossy guitartronic melodies juxtaposed over the sounds synthesizers and a variety of electronic timbres is only in the foreground of this release. Seed is the collection of works that came from a collaboration between James Johnson and Ma Ja Le (a.k.a. Paul Vnuk Jr. and Chris Short. Seed brings to life a new aesthetic for James Johnson. With Seed Johnson seems to working in a bit more an experimental realm only touching occasionally on the deep atmospherics that have made him a household name in ambient/ atmospheric genre. Johnson's work, though, when fused with the quasi-tribal and glossy ethnic sounds of Ma Ja Le is a nearly perfect marriage of sonic experimentation and tranquil resonance. The thing that makes Seed unique is that seems to be a bit of a stylistic deviation from works in their past repertoire. An artist should experiment and expound on their many influences bringing them fully into their work, and Johnson, and Ma Ja Le have done an exceptional job at this. At the same time they've created a recording that is new, fresh, and quite dynamic. If you're hungry for a recording that's a little experimental, but not in the sense of harsh, or dissonant, that's fused with ethno-tribal beats, fluctuating morphed guitar, and synthesizer then this is certainly a recording that will satisfy. MIKE GRIFFIN - SUDDEN DARK (CD) Suddenly everything is dark, a void that stretches forever without light or identity. With these electronic excursions, Griffin explores various states of darkness. From the sedate "The Sound of Ringing Sleep" to the airiness of "Floating Rain" to the denser confines of "Immobile," the music displays a brooding quality. This brooding is not organic in nature though, instead exhibiting the stoic lassitude of inanimate matter. The compositions are generally compact, with only two pieces taking extended duration to examine the unnerving tranquillity of darkness. During the 19-minute span of "Displace," the soundscapes are given the freedom to breath slowly, evolving a sense of relaxed density from the minimal tones. As a brief vocal incidence softly declares: "In all this darkness, we're almost invisible." This defines the music on this CD: sonic visions of negation and the aspects which the human mind chooses to

ASH RA TEMPEL ASH RA TEMPEL (CD) The career of Ash Ra Tempel begins with sorrowful, slow, quiet and soft drones, which rise slowly and peacefully, full with yearning. As they reach out from the stagnant basic tune, drums start to escalate with primitive patterns, and soon the calm space starts to resemble the instrumental part of Jimi Hendrix Experience’s song “I Don’t Live Today”. This is not the most successful of their improvisations, but maybe they were still learning here, and the jam has very good parts in it still. Especially in the end of “Amboss” Manuel GÖttsching truly shines along with Klaus Schulze! The second song “Traummaschine” begins with Tangerine Dream like surreal and ethereal wall of sounds, a large calm space has also probably some Mellotron choirs in it, which paint an aural fresco of pure harmony. There are very delicate movements here, and it’s a beautiful contrast to their chaotic and atavistic rock element, as these two opposing styles create wonderful and imaginative patterns as they clash. Later a surrealistic, mysterious rock improvisation arises. This is not as aggressive voyage as the first side of this LP, and after about ten minutes the sounds slowly fade back to the void where they came. Overall this is quite similar album as their forthcoming “Join Inn” record, as they both have only two tracks filling both sides of the album. Also in both cases the first song is more aggressive beatnik rock improvisation, and the second one is an ethereal realm of sounds. This is a very good album, but “Join Inn” is still much better!
