STATEMENT MADAE BY THE MINISTER OF STATE Mr. Ali Muhammad Khan, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs made statement in the House regarding decision of the Government for withdrawal of following Ordinances after reaching agreement with opposition parties in a meeting held on 9-1-2020 at 12:30 p.m, under the Chairmanship of Minister for Law and Justice:- i. The Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates Bill, 2019. (Ord. No. XVI of 2019) ii. The Legal Aid and Justice Authority Bill, 2019. (Ord. No. XVIII of 2019) iii. The Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights Bill, 2019. (Ord. No. XVII of 2019) iv. The Superior Courts (Court Dress and Mode of Address) Order (Repeal) Bill, 2019 (Ord. No.XIX of 2019) v. The Benami Transaction (Prohibition) (Amendment) Bill, 2019. (Ord. No. XX of 2019) vi. The National Accountability (Amendment) Bill, 2019. (Ord. No.XXI of 2019) 2. The minutes of the meeting were made part of the proceedings. MOTION 4. MR.
