Browder’s complaint claimed that these people were engaged in unreg- istered Russian lobbying activities, namely, attempting to overturn the Magnitsky Act. As we shall show, much evidence points to Browder being a deep penetration agent for British intelligence and financial in- terests, who thoroughly snookered the U.S. Congress, and others, with his Magnitsky Act tale.
