This does not take into account any mergers or rebrands, for example if Provider A and Provider B merged to become Provider A in 2016, all applications and acceptances will be reported as Provider A from 2016 onwards. Prior to 2016 all applications and acceptances will be reported as Provider A or Provider B as appropriate. Sex Sex as declared by the applicant. Cycle Year The application year in which the application was processed.
