The State of New York has asked us to add specific this past Sunday. With your help, they raised $1000, language to our Articles of Incorporation to confirm our ongoing status which will be donated to Chai Lifeline and Gilda's as a tax-exempt organization. Similar language is already included in our Club to help support cancer care. Constitution and By-laws, but the State is now asking that we amend our articles of incorporation as well. New York law requires that the amendment be approved by the membership.
