DAISY BEATRIZ DE MUÑOZ ENERO 2015 CIUDAD UNIVERSITARIA, SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR, CENTROAMÉRICA RESUMEN EJECUTIVO La educación es un proceso dinámico, no puede aferrarse a esquemas preestablecidos y suponer que permanecerán válidos para siempre, a medida que se descubre nuevo conocimiento, debe procurarse la adopción en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, esto conllevará a elevar la calidad del desempeño laboral de los nuevos profesionales, y principalmente contribuye a mejorar las condiciones de un país. Los avances en las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC´s), están contribuyendo grandemente para el desarrollo del conocimiento y la actualización del mismo, al grado, que hoy en día un salón de clases, no debe ser necesariamente un espacio cerrado por cuatro paredes, con pupitres y pizarra, es más, el orientador ya no se denomina profesor sino “Tutor” y no es un requisito que se encuentre presente físicamente para que el alumno aprenda, ahora un salón de clases también puede ser un espacio “virtual”, en donde los estudiantes se conectan a través de sus dispositivos (computadoras, Tablets, o teléfonos inteligentes), para recibir los conocimientos que son transmitidos por el tutor e interactúan entre ellos, es decir, son protagonistas de su propio aprendizaje. La Maestría en Administración Financiera de la Universidad de El Salvador (MAF – UES) data desde 1995, impartiéndose en modalidad presencial, y hasta hace unos años únicamente ingresaba una promoción por año, en general cada promoción contemplaba un máximo de 30 alumnos que deben estar trabajando para poder asumir i los costes de la Educación a este nivel, lo cual, en múltiples ocasiones los ubica en una encrucijada cuando su tiempo para asistir a la clases presenciales de Maestría se ve coartado porque su trabajo demanda tiempo adicional para el desarrollo de las actividades propias de cada empleo. Evidentemente, aún se encuentra latente la necesidad de contar con un mecanismo que permita minimizar la inasistencia que muchos estudiantes presentan en el transcurso de la formación o bien que permita que muchos más puedan acceder a este nivel de estudio sin que perjudique sus intereses laborales; en este sentido, después de un exhaustivo estudio, el documento en sus manos presenta la factibilidad de una alternativa, que implica brindar la MAF – UES en modalidad semi presencial, modalidad actualmente conocida en el idioma inglés como Blended Learning. Este estudio presenta el resultado de un proceso de investigación científica llevado a cabo para determinar la factibilidad Técnica, Mercadológica, Financiera y Legal para la implementación de la modalidad Semi Presencial (Blended Learning) a los cursos de la Maestría en Administración Financiera de la UES, además contempla una propuesta de Plan de Desarrollo que permita evidenciar los pasos a seguir para la adecuación de los cursos a modalidad Blended Learning, tomando en cuenta los recursos con los que se cuenta. ii ÍNDICE Resumen Ejecutivo .................................................................................................................. i Introducción ............................................................................................................................ 2 Capítulo I. This is used uniformly for graph implementations, including in-memory, database-backed, and inferred graphs. Jena2 is the second generation of the Jena toolkit. It conforms to the revised RDF specification, has new capabilities and a new internal architecture. A design principle for Jena2 was to minimize changes to the API.
