The study was grounded on von Bertalanffy’s systems theory to explore business strategies that small business restaurant owners use to sustain their business beyond 5 years. Data were collected by engaging 3 small restaurant business owners in the Little Rock, Arkansas metropolis who sustained their business beyond 5 years. Information obtained from face- to-face interviews and data mining organizational document were analyzed with the support of qualitative software to generate themes. Data analysis included semistructured interviews and review of business documents using data mining and coding keywords for thematic analysis. A total of 5 themes were discovered from the findings, which included formal and informal training, customer relationship, startup resources, capacity building, and consistent quality of food and services. The social change implications of the study include identifying strategies to sustain small restaurant business to create more jobs for local residents, which can positively impact the economic viability of the Little Rock area. The word mangal is derived from the Arabic word manqal meaning "portable" ​ ​ and refers to the portable grill typically used to grill various cuts of meat, such as steak, shishlik and kebab. Roasted vegetables, salads and other cold foods accompany the meal. Marinated Chicken Skewers for the Mangal Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (I prefer thighs) 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 tbsp fresh minced cilantro or parsley I prefer cilantro 2 tsp minced fresh garlic 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper You will need 6-8 metal or wooden skewers Steps: 1. Cut the chicken into 1 ½ inch strips for skewering. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro or parsley, crushed garlic, paprika, salt, cumin, turmeric and cayenne pepper. Place the chicken pieces in a glass dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours. I suggest you prep the chicken and then tend to your salads and sides. By the time you are ready to grill the chicken will be flavorful and ready. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken is marinating. 2. Generously grease the mangal and heat over medium.

    A Short Guide To London Restaurants By Kit Hume, Rob Hume, and Judy Milhous 15th Edition Revised July 2009 What follows was originally written in 1984 after a year’s sabbatical in London. It has been revised every couple of years since then, reflecting our experience dining out several times a week during a sabbatical from August 1990 to August 1991, half a year in 1995, sabbaticals in 1997-98 and 2004-05, and numerous short visits in the intervening years. The basic organization of this guide is geographical. Some of the restaurants are new to this edition; others have been in since the original 1984 edition, and have been revisited with pleasure every year since then. We retain a few places we have not visited recently because friends have enjoyed them and The Good Food Guide continues to rate them highly. If you look for an old favorite from our previous guides and no longer find it listed, it has probably perished. Rodos closed in the spring of 2003: second generation owners failed to keep it viable. Poons is no more. We still sigh over both those extinctions. Note that Chez Nico and La Tante Claire passed into memory when their chefs retired. Prices are given in current British pounds, the £ being worth roughly $1.65 at the time of writing. London continues to be a fantastic place to eat out, but inflation and the mediocre exchange rate have made it less of a bargain. One of the best buys in London is still Indian food. If you are unfamiliar with this cuisine (and Indian menus can be dauntingly unhelpful), see the Appendix for some basic definitions and explanations.
