n awareness program for schools on A COVID -19, the challenges to education during this pandemic & path-forward. Our program has reached a large audience for the month of September. Rotary Club of Margao Sunrise, Rotary Club of & Rotary Club of Ponda also tied up with us to extend the reach of our program and reach out to schools within their jurisdiction. Our participants include teachers from Educational Institutions from South Goa, Bharat Scouts and Guides Teachers' of Goa, Anganwadi Workers and Beneficiaries of Ghotton and Demani, & Members of Goa Entertainment Association (GEA). Our Keynote speaker was PDG Rtn. Dr. Jorson Fernandes who took up the sessions for Institutions & Organizations. Total beneficiaries this month are 2000+

his Photo Contest was a Dist. Event of RID 3170 conceived and hosted by Rotary Club of TCuncolim for all the Rotary and Rotaract Clubs of the District. The aim was to improve the efficiency with which Clubs portray Rotary in the eye of the public and the consistency in their messaging. Clubs were 1. judged at two levels. Round 1 was at the AG's Level and the winners from there went on to compete in Round 2 at the District Level. 59 Rotary Clubs participated under the guidance and motivation of 24 AG'S out of the 34 AG's of our District.

As a part of this initiative we planted 19 Fruit-bearing saplings like those of - Gauva, Custard Apple, Chikoo, Mango 4. and Love Apple. We chose gated complexes as the prime locations to plant the saplings to ensure that the plants would be taken care of and would grow. 3 different schools joined 3. us in this initiative and were happy to help us plant the saplings within their Rotary Club Members along with staff members of various institutions compounds.
