I balanced a full-time career with raising my son and attending NYLS at night. While it was absolutely challenging, I received a lot of support from Dean Crowell, my professors, and my classmates. I don’t know anyone else whose law school dean greets so many of their classmates by name and knows their stories so well. CURRICULUM

Affiliating with the Center for Real Estate Studies brought a more structured and focused approach to my law school studies. I developed a strong interest in commercial real estate and the process of representing lenders in complex deals. I also honed valuable legal skills while gaining practical insights about working in this field.

Through NYLS’s Innovation Center for Law and Technology, I learned how technology influences law and policy. I was drawn to NYLS’s commitment to interdisciplinary learning and supportive culture.
