Respected Sir,
I, Sri Sudipta Sen son of Late Nripendra Narayan Sen like to submit my humble submission before you. I have been in the judicial custody for last eight years.
Before one and half years I had written one letter to Director C.B.I.,
Chief Justice of Kolkata High Court, D.G.P. of State of West Bengal, Home
Secretary of West Bengal. I want to tell something about SARADA investigation. Because I am the Managing Director of Sarada. In year 2013 in the month April and 2014, 9th May Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble
Justice T.S. Thakar and Hon’ble Justice Nagapa passed and orsder for transfer all cases (illegible) in the State of West Bengal to C.B.I. Further 2014 in the month of May C.B.I. started

Fund (illegible) of fund disturbed the system. Otherwise it could have been the largest media house of Bengal without taking any help from
Government. I did not take any advantage from any political party or
Government. But many leaders of C.P.M., B.J.P., T.M.C., Congress took advantage from me. Almost all the medias took ad from me. Many organization took ad from me. I enjoy to serve them but it is painful seeing criticizing
Saradha (illegible). Subhendu Adhikary took Rs. 6 crores (but part by in several installments). I started a 22 storied building in his area and highly needed co-operation of Contai Municipality. His younger brother Soumendu was the Chairman of the Contai Municipality (as I know or I was told about the Chairman and Subhendu introduced a man named Rakhal and my vice president Sri Somanth Dutta

was close to them. I had to go Kontai several times and I had to pay huge cash apart from 50 Lakh draft in the name of Co/ Kontai Municipality.
But they used to blackmail me. Even the night before I left, I left Shuvendu came to my office and took money.
I have to give Sujan Chakraborty 6 Cr. (one time I had paid 50 Lakhs and by several instalment he took money, money taken on behalf of him
Debroto Sarkar (Nitu) and one time has been taken by Ranojit Addoy, General
Manager of Saradha).
I have give 6 Cr. to Sri Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury through inducement with him. One Sri Anjan Bhattacharjee, once he was personal assistant of Sri
Goutam Dev, the Honourable Minister of C.P.M. Government, then he joined my company and by several instalments he took the money in the name of Sri
Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury and Sujan Chakraborty and Biman Basu’s.

I Sri Sudipta Sen owner and Director of Saradha Group of Companies want to say that there are many influential persons have taken huge financial and advantage from me. No action has been taken. I request the C.B.I and the state police Kindly take necessary action against them.
They include Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury (6 cr) Sujan Chakraborty (9 cr) Mukul
Roy huge amount of money I cannot remember Sri. Suvendu Adhikari (6 cr)
Biman Basu (2 cr).
