BAPTIST ADVANCE TRUST

The fund was established by means of appeals for subscriptions, donations, grants, legacies, etc. Its objects were to promote and advance by pastoral care the Christian religion in the and in particular in the Northampton­ shire Baptist Association area,and the furthering of these objects by the preparation, printing, publication and distribution of pamphlets, literature and other matter. An ancillary provision was the power to raise funds for the provision of a building or buildings. On winding up the trust, Oct. 1982, the balance of funds was passed on to the Northamptonshire Baptist Association with freedom to use within the terms of the trust.
