Rule 25 of the Rules of Business, 1973 requires every Division/Ministry of the Federal Government to prepare a Year Book on its activities and achievements during the year. The Year Book is prepared for information of the Cabinet as well as general public. The annual publication of this Year Book is also recognition of the public’s right to information. The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications, therefore, in compliance with its responsibility has prepared its Year Book for the year 2015-16.
