    25/02/2020 Dear Occupier, Cardiff Cycleways Consultation CW4.1: Bute Park to Western Avenue Cardiff Council are developing proposals for five Cycleways as an exemplar for all ages and abilities cycling, to connect communities to major destinations across the city, including the City Centre and Cardiff Bay. Cycleways will provide continuous routes that are intuitive and comfortable to use and segregated from motor vehicles and pedestrians where needed. Cycleway 4: City Centre to North West Cardiff Cycleway 4 will provide a route from the city centre to North West Cardiff. The route will adjoin a cycle way on Castle Street – CW2 – due to start construction later this year as part of clean air plans. Destinations served by Cycleway 4 will include • City Centre • Bute Park • Sophia Gardens • National Express coach station • Sports Wales National Centre • Sophia Gardens Cricket Ground • Cardiff Riding School • Cardiff Metropolitan University • Llandaff Village • Danescourt Rail Station • Plas Dŵr Development The route has been designed to avoid the need for loss of trees. Persistent Standing To help improve spectator experience we ask all supporters to respect the club’s request to avoid persistent standing at all games. We wish to ensure all guests to our match days have an enjoyable experience. Supporters who breach this request may be asked to vacate the premises and in some cases may have their membership withdrawn. Respecting the Brand Glamorgan pride itself on our fantastic, devoted supporters and we greatly appreciate the support we receive from all when enforcing our codes of conduct. We expect all to behave in an appropriate manner within the stadium and its surroundings. Failure to comply with the codes may result in being asked to vacate the Stadium. Alcohol Consumption Our stadium policy is to allow over 18s only to consume alcoholic beverages. All catering staff will ensure that they request ID from all customers who appear to be under 25, and refuse the sale if ID is not provided.
