This facility has presently provision of 10 beds with concetrator/oxygen and is available to staff of the High Court and Delhi District Courts and their family members who have mild/moderate Covid-19 symptoms. Ms. Deepakshi Rana, MM (Mahila Court-03), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (Mob. No. 9971160921) is hereby appointed as Nodal Officer for Shahdara District, for the above said purpose, with immediate effect. HIGH COURT OF DELHI: NEW DELHI No. 290 /RG/DHC/2021 Dated 27.04.2021 CIRCULAR Subject: Setting up Covid Health Centre (CHC) at Delhi Judicial Academy, Dwarka, New Delhi for the staff officials of Delhi High Court and Delhi District Courts In terms of Order No. F.23/Misc/Covid-19/DGHS/NHC/2020/Pt XX/201-208 dated 24.04.2021 and Order bearing No. 01/H&FW/Covid-Cell/2020/07/238-249 dated 14.04.2021 (copies attached) of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, it is to inform that a Covid Health Centre (CHC) has been made operational at Delhi Judicial Academy, Dwarka, New Delhi. This facility has presently provision of 10 beds with concentrator/oxygen and is available to staff of this Court and Delhi District Courts and their family members who have mild/moderate covid-19 symptoms. The capacity of beds shall be increased to 20 shortly. Those willing to use the aforesaid facility may report at the aforesaid centre. The admission therein would be subject to examination by the Doctors available at CHC and after verification of the requisite documents including official ID card/Medical card. The staff members are requested to go through aforesaid enclosed orders. The charges shall be as per said encloscd orders. For ensuring smooth coordination, all such willing staff officials may, before reporting to the CHC, contact Mr. Anil Koushal, Registrar/Nodal Officer (M. (Kishor Kumar) Joint Registrar (Estt.-1) DELHI GOVERNMENT COF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HEALTH SERVICES (NURSING HOME CELL) 3RDFLOOR, DGD BUILDING, S-1, SCHOOL BLOCK, SHAKARPUR, DELHI- 110092 F.23/Misc/COVID-19/DGHS/NHC/2020/PtXX1/3o1- 203 Dated 24o 2 ORDER Hotels, equisitioned by the District Magistrates, were linked to private hospitals and were converted into extended COVID Hospitals, wherein, the medical services would be provided by the linked COVID private hospitals vide Order No. 01/H&FW/COVID-Ceil/2020/07/238-249 dated 14.04.2021 issued by Secretary (H&FW), GNCTD The said order mentioned as under: "The inked prizate hospital shall adnit COVID-19 positine patients m their extended COVID Hospital as per the patients' medical condition and in case such patirnts turn severe at any point of time during the stay in the hiotel, he/she sirall e transfterrei/ admitted in the inkerd private hospitals at its scledule rates. Further, the inked private ihospitals wee required to provide suficient manpower (nurses, doctors, etc.) as per norms. Furthermore, the linked hospitals are also required to provide oxygen supply, either in the form of oxygen concentrator or oxygen cylinder, in the extended COVID hospital im case the patent requires oxygen siupport. The limked hospitals shaill poide all consumables like PPE Kits, N-95 Masks, glores medicnmes and cquipments like Pauls-0ximeter, tlhermometer, concentrator/cylinder, ete. Thry shall also make necessary arrangements to proviie resuscitation seroices (equipuent, drugs && medical consumabies) in tiue extended COVID hospitals in case there is deterioration in the clinical condition of the patient. Tie linked hospital sluall be paii an amount, not greater that Rs. 5,000/ per patient per day for their medical serrices to COVID-19 patients inclusirr of all consumables, services of dectors, nurses, paramedical staff and nursing staff etc. as per the nornis. Howcrer, investigation charges, if any, sinall be charged by the linked hospital at their schedule rates and for oxygen support the linked hospital is allowed to charge at the rate of Rs 2000/ per day basis. The medical services provded by the hinked hospital at tieir fucility shall be charged at their respective scheduled rates." A meeting regarding "Timely medical assistance to the staff of High Court" was held on 24.04.2021 at 3.00 PM under the Chairpersonship of Justice Mukta Gupta along with Justice Navin Chawla, Justice Pratibha M. Singh, Sh. Manoj Jain (Registrar General) and senior officers of Government of NCT of Delhi wherein it was decided that Delhi Judicial Academy, Sector-14 Dwarka shall be linked with Venkateshwar Hospital, Dwarka and converted into extended COVID hospital for judicial officers & court staff on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in Order No. 01/H&FW/COVID-Cell/2020/07/238-249 dated 14.04.2021.
