3. Product description The Minerva MNR 300-AD681 Ex autonomous high pressure supply and adjustment system is an accessory for the Additel 681 reference pressure gauges. It enables the user to perform pneumatic calibrations up to 20 MPa. The calibration can be performed quickly and safely using the controls of the MNR 300 and the internal gas bottles. The bottles are filled with air/nitrogen up to max 28 MPa. The unit operates fully autonomously. Using the MNR 300 with the Additel 672/68X or 681 IS safes time and improves efficiency in performing high pressure calibration compared to a hydraulic set up. Using a hydraulic hand pump requires manual plumbing of hoses and connectors and purging of air trapped inside the test system.

The hydraulic fluid used contaminates the connected device under test (DUT), often requiring that it be flushed and cleaned after service. Performing the calibration pneumatically with the MNR 300 eliminates these practical problems.

The set up can be used to calibrate and test, pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, pressure recorders and pressure data loggers. For explosive-prone situations, the ATEX-certified case is available to fit the Additel 681 digital pressure gauges.
