M4 west to Carmarthen then on A40 to St Clears. From the A40 take the first immediate exit B4312 to Llansteffan/Johnstown and continue on this main road for approx 10 miles (15 minutes). As you approach Llansteffan Village you will pass the Towy Boat club on left, if using sat nav DON’T take the right turn to Llanybri keep on the main road all the way down into Llansteffan village and up the hill.

As you exit the village you pass a national speed limit sign then you will see a sharp right hand bend. Take left exit on the sharp bend in to a narrow lane (DO NOT follow the bend around to the right signposted to Farmers Arms/Llanybri) and continue for 1 mile, until you see a National Trust Sign for Lords Park on your left (3 wooden plank sign). Turn right opposite this sign and follow the lane for 1 mile - go straight through the crossroads, pass down a steep hill and the property is located on your left . You will pass a farm gate at the REAR of the property this IS NOT the entrance, continue to the bottom of the hill and bear left.
