Nomination papers for the above-mentioned Town and Parishes must be delivered between the hours of 9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm on any day after the date of this Notice, but not later than NOON on Friday 5 April, 2013 to Room E1:03, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX on 21, 22, 25, 26 March and 4 and 5 April, to Cornwall Council One Stop Shop, Chamber Foyer, Carrick House, Pydar Street, Truro on 27 March and Cornwall Council One Stop Shop, St Clare, Penzance on 28 March. On 2 and 3 April nomination papers can be delivered between the hours of 9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 9 pm to Room E1:03, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX. 4. Forms of nomination papers may be obtained at the offices of the Deputy Returning Officers or from the Clerks of the Parish Councils. The Deputy Returning Officers will, at the request of any local government elector for the relevant electoral area, prepare a nomination paper for signature. 5. New applications to vote by post and changes to and cancellation of existing postal votes and proxy applications must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX by not later than 5 p.m. on 17 April, 2013. 6. New proxy vote applications must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX by not later than 5 p.m. on 24 April, 2013. 7.
