After 1m it splits into 2, so remove the RHS (which dog-legs after 15cm) to form a knuckle, leaving a section of the branch still going skywards over the Yew; 3-Remove back to the trunk, the branch above 2 listed above. Its 7.5 -10cm diameter but has a rotten section 1.5m out; 4-Prune back lowest branch growing in the direction of the BT pole, but leave the initial 2 pieces ofepicormic growth by way of neatening them off by pruning; 5-All epicormic growth on the trunk to be removed up to 6m from the ground as with a crown-lift; as well as all other central epicormic growth growing up through the tree from its trunk; 6-Remove all sizeable dead-wood; 7-Prune 25-30cm diameter branch on the Yew/Holly trees side which the branch listed at 1 above, grows from. This larger section of the branch goes skywards up and over the 2 trees, then splitting into 3 after just over 3m. The lowest section is about 14cm diameter; curving down for about 1m with an old pruning wound on its end; growing towards the same 2 trees; then dog-legging, whereby it splits into 2. This whole section where it bends towards the ground after 3m is to be pruned right in so that in effect its crown-lifted, leaving 2 branches growing off the more sizeable branch; 8-On the road side, the branch (for the first 30cm about 17.5cm diameter) nearest the Copper Beech tree, is to be pruned back so that it leaves a 30cm stub where some new growth is currently located; 9-Slightly higher than the branch at 8, is another branch growing towards Malvern Close - its first 2m being about 17.5cm in diameter. A 1.5m section is to remain out to a piece of epicormic growth, with the rest of the branch being removed to crown-lift that area of the tree Location: Copper Beech House Little Shore Lane Bishops Waltham Hampshire SO32 1ED Grid Ref: 455521 117475 Decision: Application Permitted Page 3 WINCHESTER CITY COUNCIL DECISIONS MADE BY THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS IN WINCHESTER DISTRICT, PARISH, TOWN AND WARD UP TO 7 June 2015 Bishops Waltham Ward Bishops Waltham Case No: 15/00598/FUL Ref No: W19649/03 Date Valid: 13 April 2015 Team: 2_STH Case Officer: Mrs Katie Nethersole Conservation Area: Applicant: Mr Advait Gandhe Proposal: (HOUSEHOLDER) Proposed single storey side extension and basement accommodation from middle of the house extending towards the rear of the property Location: Hillside View Martin Street Bishops Waltham Southampton Hampshire SO32 1DN Grid Ref: 454854 117413 Decision: Application Permitted Bishops Waltham Ward Bishops Waltham Case No: 15/00795/HED Ref No: W23937/01HED Date Valid: 14 April 2015 Team: 2_STH Case Officer: Linda Thomas Conservation Area: Applicant: Bishop's Waltham Renewables Ltd Proposal: The removal of hedgerow is required to facilitate connections between fields for the erection and maintenance of the solar farm planning reference 15/00786/FUL Location: Proposed Solar Farm Site Winchester Road Bishops Waltham Hampshire Grid Ref: 455584 116392 Decision: Application Permitted Bishops Waltham Ward Bishops Waltham Case No: 15/00806/TPO Ref No: WTPO/1120 Date Valid: 15 April 2015 Team: 3_LAND Case Officer: Mr Ivan Gurdler Conservation Area: Applicant: Mr Tim Markwick Proposal: 1 no.
