Kantonale Waffenbüros

Die kantonalen Waffenbüros vollziehen das schweizerische Waffenrecht.

Die Kantone sind verpflichtet, Waffen, wesentliche und besonders konstruierte Waffenbestandteile, Waffenzubehör, Munition und Munitionsbestandteile gebührenfrei entgegenzunehmen. Sie dürfen Inhabern und Inhaberinnen einer Waffenhandelsbewilligung für die Entgegennahme eine Gebühr auferlegen.
