Dr. M. S. Swaminathan Visits CIFRI Shri Budiono Matosudarma UNDP Fellow from Indonesia underwent a ?hort term training on inland fisheries at this Institute.

Dr. M. S. Swaminathan, Director-General, (CAR visited the Institute on October 7, 1977. During his short stay, Dr. Sawmi• nathan accompanied by Dr. V. G. Jhingran made a trip to Rahara Research.
