But for Salem’s unsheltered community, not knowing where one’s next meal is going to come from is nothing new. LifeSource’s Jeremy Scott and his wife, Jennifer Dziubanek, have been providing meals to the unsheltered community. I sat down with them over Zoom to talk about their work and motivations, the resources available to houseless people in Salem, and the effects of COVID-19 on homelessness.

1. Pound chicken to an even ½-inch thickness. Place in a bowl or plastic zipper bag. 2.
