Entries: properly completed must be submitted by exhibitor in the form of an official CFA entry form or facsimile, or sent online, following such entry with all information except signature typed or hand printed. The use of online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the online entry form is considered to be your signature per CFA show rule 4.05. If using the online entry please confirm receipt with the entry clerk. No phone entries accepted. Each entry, except online entries must be accompanied by full entry fee. All online entry must be paid in full in the 10 day limit in CFA rule 11.08a. All check must be paid in US funds and please make checks out to European Burmese Cat Club. Closing date is August 16, 2010 or when 225 entries have been received. Limit one (1) benching request per exhibitor. Cage size is approx. 22x22x22. Litter will be provided but no litter pans will be provided -- we remind exhibitors to bring their own. No change of benching assignments shall be made without permission of either show managers. Show management will take all reasonable care to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors. However, the clubs, its members, nor the show hall shall be liable for loss or damage to such property. Parking: $5/day Parking Passes available at the parking attendant booth at the convention center’s parking lot on the day of arrival. Must mention the cat show to get the discounted rate as parking price can be $15+ per day. Show Hotels: Please keep in mind that it is the height of the season for this area. BOOK EARLY!! Exhibitor Information: William Penn CC & European Burmese CC reserve the right to substitute judges in case of illness or emergency. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National/Regional Awards. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries are permitted. Cats or Kittens should be clean and free of fungus, fleas, ear mites, and any contagious or infectious illness. No kitten under the age of 4 months shall be permitted in the show hall. The state of New Jersey mandates current rabies and inoculations for all cats -- it is advisable to bring your cat’s certificate with you. All cats or kittens for sale must have entry in show and must ensure an enclosed, secured carrier. No exhibito r may leave cats or kittens in the show hall overnight. By entering all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee and to adhere to the CFA show rules.
