CIRCUIT TRAINING Ages 16 and Older Circuit training is a popular form of workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously. With a goal of providing equitable access to citywide programs for Seattle residents of all ages, ARC works through 36 volunteer Advisory Councils to fulfill its mission of “building community through citizen engagement and participation in recreation and lifelong learning programs.” ARC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
