    MIBLSI Identified Partners MIBLSI has defined partnerships with ISDs, Districts, and Schools to: • Implement an integrated reading and behavior MTSS model • Implement a multi-tiered behavioral framework • Implement practices to increase equity in disciplinary practices and behavioral support • Become a model demonstration site for adolescent reading success • Host MIBLSI Staff as employees of the organization A benefit of the above categories of partnership is priority registration and waived registration fees to select statewide events. Only the ISDs and Districts included on the list below can utilize priority registration and waived registration fees.
