o The Theatrical Contractor shall provide the materials and services of an electrical contractor for a turn-key installation under this contract. o The Theatrical Contractor must visit the site to ensure all items specified and provided in his bid will comply and work with the site conditions. o The Electrical Contractor, as part of this contract section, shall act as a sub contractor to the Theatrical Contractor. o The Electrical Contractor shall disconnect the old dimmer rack, demo existing low voltage control wire and stations, install new dimmer rack, pull new low voltage control wire (provided by the Theatrical Contractor) and test a complete lighting control system as specified herein, attached installation matrix and the circuit schedules. . Existing equipment shall remain with the owner for final disposal. . Provide and install all other incidental items necessary for the complete and proper operation. o The Electrical Contractor must visit the site to ensure all items specified and provided in his bid will comply and work with the site conditions. o The Electrical Contractor shall furnish all conduit, wire, connectors, hardware and other incidental items necessary for the complete and proper electrical operation of the lighting control system. o The Electrical Contractor shall coordinate all work described in this section with all other applicable specifications.

o The Theatrical Contractor shall provide, install and address all theatrical lighting fixtures o The Theatrical Contractor shall patch any new LED fixtures into the existing control console and demonstrate full function. o The Theatrical Contractor shall program the LCD touch panels. . Provide 5-pages of 12-each presets plus “Off, Raise and Lower” buttons, labeled as the owners choice of {General, Band, Orchestra, Theatre Music or Events} along with Zone pages as required to accommodate all individual dimmed zones in the system. . The main page shall include 5-each “General” preset buttons along with “Lock and Unlock” buttons, of owner selected stations. . Provide additional pages as required to accommodate group control of all LED fixtures, final number of groups to be determined by the owner. . Provide a “Sweep Off” and an “Unlock” of all stations, at times to be determined by the owner including a “Warning” notice.
