Chart 2: Paula Abdul American singer with Syrian-Brazilian-French-Canadian ancestry. Marriage: In January 1992 she became engaged to actor Emilio Estevez., They married on 4/29/1992 and were together for two years. She married sports fashion entrepreneur Brad Beckerman on 10/25/96, Beverly Hills. Chart 3: Loni Anderson, American Actress She had an early marriage to Salesman Bruce Hasselberg that lasted three months and produced a daughter, Deidra Hoffman, in 1965. Her second marriage was to actor Ross Bickell on 1/28/1974; the marriage lasted for seven years. After six years together, she married Burt Reynolds on 4/29/1988; they adopted son Quentin four months later. They had first met on the Merv Griffin Show in 1978. In January 1994, they entered a bitter divorce battle with custody and money fights. In 1995, the acrimony continued with the publication of her autobiography, "My Life in High Heels," claiming a dozen years of abuse at the hands of Reynolds as his lover, and, later, his wife, while Reynolds in turn flaunted his extramarital affair and accused her of being a lousy mother. Under the divorce settlement, she received a $1.9 million Beverly Hills home as well as a $500,000 vacation home in North Carolina, plus $15,000 a month in child support. In her book, Anderson does not conceal the history of her own love life, including an affair with actor John Gavin and a romance that developed into a sex addiction for her former WKRP co-star Gary Sandy. Chart 3: Jennifer Aniston On January 7, 2005, the actress and her husband of four years, Brad Pitt, announced their separation. Marriage: Aniston has previously dated musician Adam Duritz,[4] and was engaged to actor Tate Donovan.[36] Her high-profile relationship with actor Brad Pitt was frequently publicized in the press.[4][37] She married Pitt on July 29, 2000, in a lavish Malibu wedding.[38] For years their marriage was considered the rare Hollywood success.[4] However, when Pitt showed up to the Ocean's Twelve premiere without Aniston, rumors that their relationship was on the rocks began.[39] In early January 2005, the couple was seen vacationing in the Caribbean with her Friends co-star Courteney Cox and her husband, actor David Arquette,[40] and photos on the beach showed them kissing and affectionate. On January 7, 2005 they announced their separation.[41] Rumors that Pitt had fallen for actress Angelina Jolie began when they were shooting the film Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Jolie and Pitt both denied any claims of adultery, with Jolie declaring in an interview in 2005, "To be intimate with a married man, when my own father cheated on my mother, is not something I could forgive. I could not look at myself in the morning if I did that. I wouldn't be attracted to a man who would cheat on his wife."[42] Pitt and Aniston were seen together publicly after announcing their separation, even at a dinner party for Aniston's thirty-sixth birthday in February, and friends of the couple had declared they were reconciling.[43] Aniston, however, filed for divorce on March 25, 2005.[2] A divorce was finalized on October 2, 2005. [44] Chart 4: Barr, Roseanne American comedian from a lower middle-class background who became a superstar comedienne on a popular TV series Marriage: She left her first marriage after 16 years and took up with comic Tom Arnold whom she put on her show as story editor and some-time participant. They married 1/20/1990 when he allegedly had kicked his coke habit; romping through their money and "mooning" in public as a lark. She and Tom caused a media fit in November 1992 when they announced that they were going to "marry" Kim Silva, 24, executive of their production company. The three of them were inseparable for a half-year, wearing the same clothes and showing off their menage-a-tois. Rosie filed for divorce 4/18/1994, accusing Tom of abuse, hitting, pinching, throwing things and verbal abuse. He denied it and they had screaming fights on the set. They reconciled but filed again on 5/13/1994. Bodyguard Ben Thomas, 14-years-younger, became Roseanne's third husband on 2/14/1995, Stateline, NV; their son Buck was born 8/05/1995. It was Rosie's fifth child as she had given up a daughter born out of wedlock when she was 18, reuniting with her in 1989. In April 1989, her 14-year-old daughter Jessica entered rehab for drinking. In late 1991 Rosie had breast reduction surgery with three lbs taken off her bosom. She had a nose trim 7/1992 and a tummy tuck 12/1992. Her cosmetic surgeon sculpted her face. She published two autobiographies, the first 8/30/1989 and the second, "My Lives," in 1994. She claims to have been a victim of child abuse and incest, and thrives on controversy and chaos. In January 1998, she called the cops to throw Ben out of the house, claiming that he had trashed her home on New Year's Eve and threatened to kill her if she did not have sex with him. As he continued visiting their son, they began appearing together in public in the next few months. In May 1998 Roseanne put down $7.9 million for a new mansion in the heart of Beverly Hills. Her third marriage came to an end after seven years when she filed divorce papers on 3/04/2002, citing irreconcilable differences. She has requested full custody of their six-year-old son, Buck, with visitation rights for Thomas. Chart 5: Basehart, Richard American stage actor in the '30s who made his Broadway debut in 1938. His film debut in "Cry Wolf" led to a long and successful film career that spanned more than 30 films. Marriage: He married three times, widowed in 1950 from his first marriage. His second wife was Italian actress Valentina Cortesa; they had a son in 1951, but were divorced in 1959. The third marriage was in the early '60s, giving him two daughters. Chart 6: Bayrou, Maurice French agricultural engineer and deputy for the Socialist Party. State secretary, 1955. Senator, 1959-77, Vice-President of the Senate, 1965-1968. Marriage: Bayrou married on 9/15/1928, divorced on 6/18/1929 and made a second marriage 16 years later, on 9/14/1945. Died on 12/29/1996 in Lamorlaye dans l'Oise, France Chart 7: Bernardo, Paul (Ven badly trined, sexual perversion) Canadian homicide; a story of degradation, sadism and terror. A clean-cut, boyish looking accountant, he was engaged to pretty blonde Karla Homolka, a picture-perfect couple of wholesome good looks. In December 1990, he had Karla cop some sleeping pills from the animal clinic where she worked and they drugged Karla's 15-year-old sister two days before Christmas. Upstairs in the Homolka home, he raped and had anal sex with Tammy and had Karla perform oral sex on her sister. Tammy choked to death on her own vomit the next morning and it was deemed an accident. On June 15, 1991, Paul picked up 14-year-old Leslie Mahaffy in Burlington, Ontario and took her home. He abused, humiliated and terrified the teenager, sexually torturing her for two days while Karla videotaped the episode. After he strangled the girl with an electric cord, he and Karla dragged the body to the basement. The following day they had Karla's folks over to a Father's Day dinner as the body waited for disposal. On June 18, he cut the body in eight pieces with an electric saw and put the pieces in cement in the lake. Paul and Karla were married less than two weeks later. In April 1992, Paul picked up another 15-year-old, Kristen French with whom he repeated his pattern of three days of sex and torture before strangling her. It was not until 1993 that Karla left Paul, afraid that she would be the next victim. He had beaten and brain-washed her and their sex had always been perverted. Paul was arrested in February 1993 and charged with sexual attacks on 19 women as well as the murder of the teenagers. The sensational trial began the third week in May 1995, Toronto. Karla divorced Paul in 1994 and testified at his 1995 trial in return for a relatively light sentence. They married again in a church ceremony in Florence, Italy, on 6/06/1992. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ‘SEE IT BIG! ACTION’ FEATURES MORE THAN 30 ACTION MOVIE FAVORITES ON THE BIG SCREEN April 19–July 7, 2019 Astoria, New York, April 16, 2019—Museum of the Moving Image presents See It Big! Action, a major screening series featuring more than 30 action films, from April 19 through July 7, 2019. Programmed by Curator of Film Eric Hynes and Reverse Shot editors Jeff Reichert and Michael Koresky, the series opens with cinematic swashbucklers and continues with movies from around the world featuring white- knuckle chase sequences and thrilling stuntwork. It highlights work from some of the form's greatest practitioners, including John Woo, Michael Mann, Steven Spielberg, Akira Kurosawa, Kathryn Bigelow, Jackie Chan, and much more. As the curators note, “In a sense, all movies are ’action’ movies; cinema is movement and light, after all. Since nearly the very beginning, spectacle and stunt work have been essential parts of the form. There is nothing quite like watching physical feats, pulse-pounding drama, and epic confrontations on a large screen alongside other astonished moviegoers. See It Big! Action offers up some of our favorites of the genre.” In all, 32 films will be shown, many of them in 35mm prints. Among the highlights are two classic Technicolor swashbucklers, Michael Curtiz’s The Adventures of Robin Hood and Jacques Tourneur’s Anne of the Indies (April 20); Kurosawa’s Seven Samurai (April 21); back-to-back screenings of Mad Max: Fury Road and Aliens on Mother’s Day (May 12); all six Mission: Impossible films

Through her shenanigans she is able to teach them about the madness of life and the importance of family. Toni Collette and Anthony LaPaglia sink themselves into their roles so brilliantly that you lose yourself in their insanity. Oh, and it’s an Aussie film, which adds yet another level of fun! Mental combines the certifiably loony characters of Best In Show with the heartfelt songs of The Sound of Music, literally. Recommended For: People who can appreciate off-the-wall, zany stories! Silver Linings Playbook is a peculiar story about two people who have experienced loss and want to believe in a better tomorrow. Hope gives them comfort. Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper spend the majority of the film challenging one another, both as characters and actors.

As writer- director of such acclaimed films as Magnolia (1999) and There Will Be Blood (2007), Anderson was praised for appearing to have “arrived at his mastery virtually overnight” with his first major release, the 1997 ensemble film Boogie Nights (Gleiberman).
