Pursuant to this Court’s Order issued on June 10, 2016, Reliance has established loss and loss expense reserves at estimated settlement value by discounting the medical and indemnity portion of workers compensation claims reserves to present value.     Dear Friends, There is nothing more tragic than the suffering of a child. Each year, approximately 120,000 Pennsylvania children receive child-welfare services. More than 3,000 children are victims of child abuse, and many more experience domestic or sexual violence that fall outside the official definition of child abuse.
