Fiesta Texas was designed to be a show park as a way to differentiate the park from ride-oriented parks like Six Flags Over Texas and Six Flags AstroWorld. Since joining the Six Flags family in 1996, Fiesta Texas has built up a solid collection of coasters and rides. The park’s coaster lineup includes Batman: The Ride, the original 4-D Free Spin coaster from S&S Worldwide; 2000’s Super- man Krypton Coaster, a B&M floorless; and Goliath, a B&M inverted coaster. Of particular note: Iron Rattler. It opened as Rattler in 1992, a Roller Coaster Corporation of America coaster designed by John Pierce.
