The barn was converted just over a decade ago and rented out for the first nine years – so the current owners are the first owner occupiers. “It needed a bit of TLC but we could see the bones of it were perfect, full of features, rustic charm and warmth.” They have fitted new bathrooms, created a studio/guest suite, redecorated throughout and fully landscaped the garden, which includes a large inbuilt seating area. Family Friendly The kitchen breakfast room is great for entertaining, with plenty of space for dining or seating, plus a separate reception next door that is currently a playroom but could also be used for formal dining or as an additional bedroom.
