Cor 16/19 “Nestle' Ti Offre La Consegna REGOLAMENTO OPERAZIONE A PREMI NESTLE’ – COR 16/19 “NESTLE’ TI OFFRE LA CONSEGNA SCONTATA DI ESSELUNGAACASA/4” La Società Nestlé Italiana S.p.A. al fine di promuovere la vendita dei propri prodotti di seguito descritti, intende effettuare, su tutto il territorio nazionale, ove è attivo il servizio WEB “Esselunga a casa”, un’operazione a premi destinata esclusivamente ai propri consumatori che effettuano acquisti sul sito web Esselunga www.esselungaacasa.it denominata “Nestle’ ti offre la consegna scontata di esselungaacasa/4” – COR 16/19, secondo le modalità di seguito indicate: DURATA: dal 25 novembre al 8 dicembre 2019 MARCHI INTERESSATI: Maggi, Nescafé, Nesquik, Starbucks by Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Starbucks, Fitness, Cheerios, KitKat, Smarties, Lion, Perugina, Baci Perugina, Perugina Nero, Garden Gourmet, Buitoni, Nidina, After Eight (Allegato A) MODALITÀ DI SVOLGIMENTO: L’operazione a premi si svolgerà dall’ 25 novembre al 8 dicembre 2019 ed è rivolta ai propri consumatori, clienti Esselunga, che acquisteranno esclusivamente sul sito web Esselunga “www.esselungaacasa.it”, in unica soluzione con un’unica fattura, almeno 5 tra i prodotti promozionati. Tutti coloro che acquisteranno almeno 5 tra i prodotti promozionati avranno diritto a ricevere a casa la spesa ad un costo di consegna di € 2,90 cad. (invece di € 6,9) Si prevede che, nel corso della promozione, saranno effettuate n° 10.000 spese per un montepremi complessivo di € 40.000,00 (IVA esclusa) salvo conguaglio a fine manifestazione. Si precisa che: I partecipanti al concorso devono risiedere sul territorio italiano. The previous inspection ofthis firm was conducted by FDA on 9­ 14-05 and was classified NAI with no deficiencies noted. The current inspection found the firm continues to manufacture a variety ofrefrigerated pastas, pasta sauces, and cookie dough. The firm produces products which are regulated by USDA and FDA. The firm was manufacturing a variety of flat and stuffed pastas, pasta sauce, and cookie dough during the inspection.
