The IEP Work in Progress Bursary 2018 Carley Consult, in association with the IEP, is providing bursaries for three IEP members to attend Work in Progress 2018 free of charge. Now in its fourth year, Work in Progress is the alternative annual employment, skills and health conference taking place next year at Doncaster Racecourse on Wednesday 25th April. Our keynote speakers next year are Paul Lewis and Polly Toynbee. Paul Lewis is a prize-winning financial journalist, presenter of Radio 4’s Money Box and regular on BBC news. Polly Toynbee is a columnist for . She was formerly BBC social affairs editor, columnist and associate editor of , co-editor of the Washington Monthly and a reporter and feature writer for . The aim of the IEP Bursary is to provide an opportunity for sector practitioners who don’t ordinarily get the opportunity to attend industry conferences to benefit from the Work in Progress experience. We hope it will provide a beneficial learning, networking and developmental opportunity. The IEP Bursary includes a full delegate package at the conference, and a special certificate which will be presented to the winners on the day.

IEP members wishing to apply for the Bursary can enter by writing a submission, under the title of:
