Quaker Steak & Lube and Jimmy Changa’s have opened there. The district is between UTMB’s 65-acre development and Victory Lakes Town Center.  Anywhere along the League City Parkway! More Real Estate Opportunities Nassau Bay  27 acres of redevelopment directly across from — office and retail opportunities available. Pad sites available.  City is looking for restaurants offering options beyond sandwiches and salads. Pasadena The city is seeking potential development partners for a 200-acre site adjacent to and surrounding the Pasadena Convention Center on Fairmont Parkway. The proposed staggered development project includes a hotel, waterpark, amphitheatre, retail, restaurants, and an entertainment venue based on concepts approved by Mickey Gilley.

Seabrook  Seabrook Towne Center, a 30+ acre development, is planned on land between SH 146 (Bayport Blvd.) and Repsdorph Road. The site plan includes a grocery store.  The Commons at Seabrook, a 22.7 acre development, is underway on the east side of SH 146, between Red Bluff and Repsdorph Roads. More than 7.5 acres have been set aside for retail development; a 30,000 SF building is planned along with 3 pad sites, each on one acre. The development includes 15 acres for a residential project, The Towers.  Waterfront properties available for either lease or sale at The Point.  Many commercial properties are for sale or lease along SH 146, NASA Parkway or in Old Seabrook. Up to 58 acres. Up to 30,000 SF.  City targets: Class A Office development, pleasure boating and marine industry, major retail chains and high-end restaurants. Taylor Lake Village Site on NE corner of Kirby and NASA Parkway. City would welcome a mixed-use project such as retail, restaurants, office or condominiums that would enhance the quality of life for citizens of the community.
