The 15km (9mile) Semple Trail links a series of visitor attractions between the villages of Lochwinnoch and Howwood. Many are just a short walk or cycle from the Castle Semple and RSPB visitor centres. Other parts of the trail can be explored from links off the NCR7 cycle route and from Howwood Railway Station. to M8 and Semple Trail to Kilmacolm to Kilbarchan to Glasgow Paisley Semple Trail is approximately 15km (9 miles) long.
