It was a fun filled trip where students had the opportunity to learn totally different environment. There we visited – 1. Aircraft Museums- After having served the Indian Navy with pride and élan for 29 years, during which it accomplished 30,000 hours of accident free flying, the TU-142M aircraft were given a befitting farewell on 29 March 2017 at INS Rajali, Naval Air Station in Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu. The Govt of Andhra Pradesh and Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority coordinated activities related to converting one de-inducted TU-142M into a museum on the Beach Road near Kursura Submarine Museum.There they told us about the construction of the craft and demonstrate about every part of the aircraft. 2. Naval submarine museum “KURSURA”- INS Kursura (S20) was a Kalvari-class diesel- electric submarine of the Indian Navy. She was India's fifth submarine. Kursurawas commissioned on 18 December 1969 and was decommissioned on 27 February 2001 after 31 years of service. She participated in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, where she played a key role in patrol missions. She later participated in naval exercises with other nations and made many goodwill visits to other countries. After decommissioning, she was preserved as a museum for public access on Ramakrishna Mission Beach in Visakhapatnam. At this submarine we came to know about the way lifestyle spend inside submarine.     About DSNLU: With growing importance for quality legal education, various national law schools acquired lot of importance. To meet the requirements of students of this State, the Government of Andhra Pradesh decided to establish a new Law University. Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide DSNLU Act, 2008 at Visakhapatnam to impart quality legal education, is recognised u/s 2 (f) of UGC Act, 1956 and the BCI. Its mission is to design and deliver legal education, promote academic achievement and excellence in legal research. The University offers a 5 year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree and a one year LL.M. (Tax Laws, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Commercial Law) degree. The University has MOUs for student exchange programs with other National Law Universities at Bangalore, Kolkata, Patna and Patiala. Additionally, University has an MOU with ICADR; and is a deemed Study Centre by the IGNOU. About Visakhapatnam Visakhapatnam is a port city and industrial center in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, on the Bay of Bengal. It's known for its many beaches,including Ramakrishna Beach, home to a preserved submarine at the Kursura Submarine Museum. The name was coined after Visakha, the Hindu god of valour. It is surrounded by Eastern Ghats and faces Bay of Bengal on the east. It is also called the City of Destiny, because of its landscapic view and very attractive beaches. It is the head quarters of Eastern Naval Command. Nearby are the elaborate Kali Bavikonda Temple and the Visakha Museum, an old Dutch bungalow housing local maritime and historical exhibits.
