The chart found from pages 2 through 97 of this report ranks each of them and compares their spending to 2010 levels. 2,143 of these groups lobbied in both 2011 and 2010. These groups’ total spending decreased by $8,568,596. There were 633 groups that did not lobby in 2010 and reported doing so in 2011 spending $35,009,498. 623 groups that lobbied in 2010, spending a total of $19,270,348, did not report any spending in 2011.
