Gibson had been an assistant coach in the for 10 seasons, including as the of- fensive coordinator and offensive line coach for the expansion in 2014. Prior to that, he was with the for three seasons - as a running backs coach during the 2011 campaign and as an offensive line coach in both 2012 PAUL DAWSON MIKE GIBSON MARK McCONKEY and 2013. DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR HEAD COACH OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR Gibson was already familiar with Regina, having been an offen- sive line coach with the Saskatch- ewan Roughriders for two seasons including their -winning 2007 campaign. He also had two- season stints with the (2005-2006) and Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2009-2010), serving as the offensive line coach and offensive coordinator at both stops.
