ALL BIRDS TO BE IN THE SHOW TENT BY 8.30am ON THE MORNING OF THE SHOW. ONLY AUTHORISED PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TENT DURING JUDGING. ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE HANDED INTO THE SECRETARIES COMPLETED & SINGNED WHEN BENCHING BIRDS. IF ENTRY MADE BY TELEPHONE.
THE JUDGES DECISION WILL BE FINAL. ALL SPECIALS ARE CONFINED TO FULLY PAID UP MEMBERS.
