Amenities Finnish Sauna World The Lake Spa is built under forest terrain around natural rock that uses fresh lake water and centuries-old sunken logs to create a genuine and relaxing experience. By the lake, there’s a separate sauna facility consisting of three different types of saunas and an outdoor hot tub. Does the Järvisydän accommodation include spa entrance fee? Entrance to the spa (once a day) is included in all accommodation, except the villas and some special offers/packages. Tickets are available for the villa guests at ”additional services.”

Are special diets taken into consideration at Järvisydän? All of Järvisydän's food is lactose-free and they take special diets into account as much as possible. Please inform the staff beforehand if food allergies or other special diets need to be taken into consideration.

How can I get to Järvisydän by bus, train? You can catch the bus from Savonilnna or Varkaus and the closest bus stop is at about 3 kilometers away from Järvisydän. Arriving from Helsinki, the closest bus stop is Hiismäki, about 15 kilometers away from Järvisydän. Coming by train, the closest train stops are in Savonlinna and Varkaus.

Järvisydän Terms & Conditions Prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning and breakfast. Hotel, Scenery Suites and House Boats also include the entrance to the Lake Spa. For the bookings of villas, the spa entrance is 27€/adult/day, 18,90€/retired and children 4-12 years, family ticket 59.90€/2 adults and all the own children under 14 yrs. E-commerce prices may vary depending on the availability of capacity and time. Separate campaigns might have a different booking condition which will be mentioned in the bid information. Prices may also differ, given from the sales office or at the reception.

• Reservations can be made only by persons of full age (18 years). • Booking confirmation must be shown at the reception on arrival (printed or from a mobile device). The booking confirmation will be sent by email, from where you can see: Reference number, Ordered products and product description, total amount of the invoice, VAT and other data

• Check-in is at 3 pm. If the room is prepared, it may be available earlier.

• Järvisydän does not allow pets at the hotel, but pets are welcome to some of the villas and the Scenery Suites. There is an extra charge of 30€/pet/day or

50€/pet/longer stay. Cancellation of Booking Any cancellations must be made in writing by letter/e-mail specified yb the lessor. The date on which SaimaaHoliday’s sales office receives the written notification will be regarded as the date of cancellation. In case of booking cancellation of villa or a cottage:

• Not later than four (4) weeks prior to the start of the rental period, the client will receive the deposit with the deduction of 90€ as cancellation fees. • Less than four (4) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period, the client has to pay the full price for the accommodation.

In case of booking cancellation of a hotel room, Scenery Suite, Kotasuite or HouseBoat:

• Järvisydän individual clients have a right to cancel the booking without a cancellation fee, 7 days before the day of arrival. • The exception for the cancellation is celebration packages and other packages where payment and cancellation conditions are defined separately, sickness or Force majeure cases. • If the cancellation is made later than 7 days but more than 1 day before the day of arrival, a fee of 90€ will be charged. • In the cases of now show and when the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before arrival, the hotel has a right to charge the full amount of the reservation. Activity Services The client is obliged to comply with the instructions of the program service manual. If the client violates the instructions, he or she is liable in respect of damage caused to the full. Client’s responsibility to inform in advance of the diseases or other causes that may affect the

• Järvisydän individual clients have a right to cancel the booking without a cancellation fee, before 4:00 p.m. of the previous day. • Booking and cancellation terms and conditions for groups will be agreed upon separately at the booking stage. • Saimaa Holiday: sales office will not compensate the client for expenses incurred by the cancellation. • Saimaa Holiday: sales office recommends passengers take out travel insurance, including cancellation insurance.
