Transportation

In your trip cost, we have also included the transportation fare, so that you do not have to pay from your pocket when you are in Nepal. The fare includes pick up from the airport as well as drop off at the airport, including other transportation facilities like tourist bus or local bus or taxi in which part of Nepal you are traveling. You will be seeing us outside the airport holding the signboard of TMG Adventure when you arrive in Kathmandu. Meals

You are trekking near the mountains, that is, you are trekking at a higher altitude, so your body needs energy, and you will get the energy from the food you eat. The foods that we provide you have the right amount of carbohydrates, protein, and fat. We will provide you these in all three square meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Guides

All our trekking guides have done training on how to tackle altitude mountain sickness as well as how to use the first aid kit. They are also taught to take care of the trekkers 24/7 if they are affected by an altitude mountain sickness or if they are sick during the trek. Emergency evacuation if you need, you will be provided a helicopter. That is the reason why our guides have 24/7 access to TMG Adventure in Kathmandu.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is a must because you are trekking near the mountains at an altitude of more than 3000 m. You must ensure in your country before coming to Nepal, before starting your trek. Please bring with you a copy of insurance, and your insurance policy must cover the medical expenses, helicopter evacuation from the altitude of 5000 m to 6000 m, and other things related to your health. Please give the copy to TMG Adventure. It will send the information to the insurance company if you use the mountain rescue operation, mentioned above.

Passport and Visa

Before coming to Nepal, your passport must have a validity of 6 months, and you can put the Tourist Visa ‘On Arrival’ on your passport at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. Outline Itinerary & Maps

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)

Welcome to the City Of Temples. As you arrive there, we will pick you up from the airport and drop you at the hotel. If you arrive in the daytime, you can roam in the streets of Thamel, if you arrive at night, taking a rest will be a good idea. Accomodation: 124

Day 02 – Kathmandu: sightseeing and trek preparation

Kathmandu is dotted with historical monuments. These monuments come under the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES. Some of these are stupas, some are temples, and some are palaces. Each of these is wonderfully designed and takes you to the past, as well as inform you how innovative and creative were Nepali architectures.

Day 03 – Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus Duration: 6 hours

The early morning guide will come to receive at your hotel. We are heading off to Pokhara by tourist bus. If you like to drive in a private car or by flight. You can contact us. At the time of booking also you can pick additional services. Pokhara is a tourist hub. So, it has a lot of tourist attractions. Also, it offers a lot of tourism activities. Some of these are paragliding and bungy jumping. If you want to visit the touristy places of Pokhara, then one day is more than enough.

Day 04 – Trek to Ulleri (2,050m/6725 ft) Duration: 6 hours

You drive from Pokhara to Naya Pul, the starting point of the trek. On the way, there are sub- tropical valley forests, steps, boulders, steepness, cliffs, bridges, and villages. There is also a village called Tikhedhunga, and you reach Ulleri via it.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 05 – Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,750 m/ 9,020 ft) Duration: 5 hours trek After breakfast, you head to Ghorepani by reaching Banthanti and Nangethanti. To reach these villages, you have to walk through oak and rhododendron forest, and it is in Nangethanti, you will have your lunch. The trekking trail that you follow is easy and gentle. This is how you reach Ghorepani, the village that shows the perfect view of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna Ranges.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 06 – Early morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise (3,210m/10,529ft) then Ghorepani to Tadapani (2,700m/8,860ft) Duration: 6 hours

Poon Hill is a viewpoint, and it cannot be compared with other viewpoints of the Annapurna Region because it offers a rewarding and panoramic view of the mountains.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 07 – Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170m/7,120ft) Duration: 6 hours trek

After breakfast, you follow a trekking trail that goes downhill, as well as to the forest of rhododendron and oak. In the afternoon, you reach Chhomrong, the village of the Gurung people. You will have a lot of time to explore the village. You will also see the fantastic views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre.

The down trekking trail takes you to the Chomrong Khola. This is followed by up trekking trail which takes you to Khuldighar at 2,380 m. There is a steep trekking trail, bamboo, and a gorge. There is also a rhododendron forest before you reach the Himalayan Hotel.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 09 – Himalayan to Annapurna Base Camp (4,230m) Duration: 6 hours

Today, you reach the Hinko Cave, Deurali, and then Machhapuchhre Base Camp. The trekking that you follow goes up. It is after two hours trekking from the Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) that you reach the Annapurna Base Camp. From there, you see the Annapurna Ranges, the view is unobstructed and spectacular.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 10 – Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,300m) Duration: 7 hours

The trekking trail is easy in comparison to yesterday. From the trail, you will see the stunning view of Annapurna, as well as other mountains. You will reach the Bamboo and the Himalayan Hotel. On the way, there is a forest of bamboo, rhododendron, and oak.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 11 – Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,760m/5,770 ft): Duration: 6 hours Retrace the trekking trail. This time, the trekking trail goes down. It then heads to the Chhomrong. Walking through the villages. There are lots of tea houses in this village. You will be staying in one of them. If you wish to take a bath in Hot spring. You can walk down.

Accomodation: 239 Meals:105 Day 12 – Trek to Naya Pul (1050m) then drive to Pokhara Duration: 6 hours trek, 1:30 hour drive

On the way, you will follow the Modi Khola. Crossing through the local villages. These are the prominent villages because some trekking companies add them to the itinerary of their clients. It is in these villages that their clients will stop for the night. The journey to these villages takes you to the sub-tropical valley, forests, and thousands of steps. After that, we reach Nayapul from where we will drive to Pokhara.

Accomodation: 124 Meals:102 Day 13 – Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus Duration: 6 hours

As the scheduled time, your guide will take you to the tourist bus station. We are going to drive to Kathmandu. On the way, you will see the rivers, villages, small towns, and terrace farming.
