Avoid repeated freezing and thawing Background Information FES(feline sarcoma oncogene) is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the FES gene, also known as Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Fes/Fps, Feline sarcoma/Fujinami avian sarcoma oncogene homolog, Proto-oncogene c-Fes, Proto-oncogene c-Fps, p93c-fes c-fes/fps protein, FPS, Oncogene FES, feline sarcoma virus, FPS. This gene encodes the human cellular counterpart of a feline sarcoma retrovirus protein with transforming capabilities. Non-onc intervening sequences were present in the human counterpart.
