THE FUZE PORTFOLIO

FUZE DESKTOP: Fuze Desktop is an application that can be installed on Mac and Windows systems. Features in the application include softphone calling, joining meetings, hosting meetings, 1:1 or group chatting, and presence. Users with the Fuze Calling license, Fuze Collaboration license, or Fuze Guest privileges can all use Fuze Desktop.

FUZE MOBILE: Fuze Mobile is an app that can be found on the Apple App Store or Play Store and installed on iOS and Android devices. Fuze Mobile shares the same design elements as Fuze Desktop, along with the same features of calling, meeting, 1:1 or group chatting, and presence. Users with Fuze Calling and FUZE CALLING Collaboration licenses, as well as Fuze Guest, can use Fuze Mobile. Fuze Mobile allows users to make WiFi-based VoIP calls from a mobile device over a trusted network or prompts a user to switch to carrier mode in the case of a poor network connection.

FUZE WEB: Fuze Web offers the full experience of Fuze Desktop, no download required. Available on Chrome browsers, users with Fuze Calling, Fuze Collaboration, Fuze Guests, or external, third par- ty participants can use Fuze Web with various features depending on their license type.

FUZE ROOMS: Extend the Fuze Meeting experience to conference rooms, boardrooms, and executive offices for a single-touch meet- ing experience that is seamlessly integrated with your Office 365 or Google calendar.

LICENSES

FUZE CALLING (METERED): Calling services for Yealink and Polycom devices or softphone, including all standard phone features (such as call transfer, conferencing, parking, call recording, voicemail, etc.). Fuze Calling includes initial DID ports or new DID assignments and PSTN access, as well as 1:1 and group chat, voicemails, 1:1 video calls, desktop sharing, and presence.

FUZE CALLING (SINGLE COUNTRY OR SMALL REGION UNMETERED): Fuze Calling license with unlimited calling in a single country or region.

FUZE CALLING (REGIONAL UNMETERED): Fuze Calling license with unlimited calling into two regions.

FUZE CALLING (GLOBAL UNMETERED): Fuze Calling license with global calling to over 100 countries. Each global unmetered user is allocated 1,000 minutes in country and 300 minutes of calling to the 100 countries listed below. These minutes are pooled among all Fuze Calling Global Unmetered users at an organization.

FUZE COLLABORATION: Host and schedule Fuze Meetings or Fuze Webinars; share desktop content, whiteboards, and meeting notes; send 1:1 and group chats; and share your presence and check the presence of a colleague.

FUZE ROOMS: Turn any conference room, boardroom, or executive office into a collaboration space with Fuze Rooms installed on a dedicated PC or Mac. Couple single or dual monitors with a camera, mic, and speakers for a rich collaboration experience. One Fuze Rooms license is needed for each meeting room, office, or collaboration space.

LICENSE ADD-ONS:

SMS: Users with a Calling or Fuze Collaboration license bundle + SMS have the ability to send and receive SMS from their Fuze applications. The bundle includes unlimited inbound and outbound domestic messages. This is available in North America only.

Fax-to-Email: A personalized fax service for users that allows for direct fax delivery an email inbox and the ability to send outbound faxes from the Fuze Portal.

Additional DID Number: Additional phone number (DID) provided for routing or advanced functions that serves as the phone numbers for a main , specific department, queue, etc.

Telepresence Connect (TPC): Repurpose your existing telepresence hardware to join Fuze Meetings using a SIP or H.323 connection. One TPC license is required per telepresence device. FUZE CONTACT CENTER PACKAGE: One package is required for the setup of the application with up to five queues (if required, addi- tional queues are available) and is required for each client utilizing the full contact center service, which provides visibility into to all users’ call data (duration, endpoint dialed, call status), drag and drop transfer, etc. Individual users need the contact center user licenses mentioned above.
