Urađena je analiza kvantitativnih osobina (visina cele biljke, broj lukovica u zajedničkoj tunici, broj lukovica van tunike, širina lukovice, broj bazalnih listova, širina i dužina bazalnog lista, broj stablovih listova, širina skapusa, visina skapusa od lukovice do prvog stablovog lista, širina i dužina prvog i drugog pricvetnog lista, širina skapusa, broj cvetova, dužina i širina spoljašnjih i unutrašnjih segmenata perigona) i kvalitativnih (opisnih) osobina (boja spoljašnje i unutrašnje strane segmenata perigona; prisustvo listova na stablu, boja tunike lukovice; prisustvo/odsustvo dlaka na bazalnom listu, prvom pricvetnom listu, skapusu, cvetnoj dršci, spoljašnjem i unutrašnjem segmentu perigona, prisustvo/odsustvo lukovica u osnovi brakteja prisustvo/odsustvo crvenih šara na vrhu perigona). Ključne reči: Gagea pratensis, morfometrija, anatomija, bazalni list, prvi pricvetni list, cvetna drška, skapus ABSTRACT Morphometric and anatomic differences between different Gagea pratensis populations in Serbia, Montenegro and Bulgaria (localities Lovćen, obronci Rodopa, Kunovica, Komovi, Vratna, Klačevački rid) were investigated in this paper and there compared with data published in master thesis of Jelena Jevtić (localities Gamzigradska banja, Jelašnička klisura, Jelašnička klisura – Radovanski kamen, Rgotski kamen, rocky and shrubby areas, Kamenički vis, Seličevica, Tupižnica). We performed an analysis of quantitative characters (height of the whole plant, number of bulbs in common tunic, number of exserted bublets, width of bulb, number of basal leaves, width and length of basal leaf, number of cauline leaves, peduncle width, height of peduncle from bulb to first cauline leaf, first and second cauline leaf width and length, width of pedicels, number of flowers, outer and inner perigone segments length and width) and qualitative characters (color of the outer and inner sides of perigone segments, presence of cauline leaves, tunics color in flowering plants, basal leaf hairs, cauline leaf hairs, peduncle hairs, pedicel hairs, outer and inner perigone segments hairs, presence of bulbils in the base of bracts, presence of reddish markings in the apical region of perigone segments). Cross sections of the (basal and cauline) leaves, pedicel and peduncle were analyzed by using light microscopy. In this paper we used the descriptive analysis. Based on тhis results it is seen that morpho-anatomical differentitation occures between analyzed populations. Literatura ....................................................................................................................... 28 Milesa Krstić Master rad 1. UVOD 1.1. Schultes i Schultes fil.

Kun Annamária Preliminary study viewing the fl ora of the Upper Mureş hydrographic basin Kun Annamária RO-540361 Târgu Mureş, str. Măgurei 7/14, Romania, [email protected] Abstract Th e Mureş is one of the most important rivers in the Tisa catchments area. Th e studied area’s surface is about 42 000 hectares and it lies on altitudes between 400-1470 m above sea level. Th is paper presents the taxons found until this moment in the area, comprising a list of taxons of 670 positions. Th e taxons are listed describing their life form, fl oristic element, ecological indexes and protection status. Th e analysis of the fl oristic elements shows that the area’s fl ora is char- acterized by the predominance of the Eurasian element. Th e Carpathian, Dacic, Balcanic and endemic species are about 3,15 %. Th e analysis of life forms shows a high percentage of hemicryptophytes, a fact, which is closely connected to the large surfaces of grasslands and the presence of the grass- layer in diff erent other habitats. Analyzing the ecological indexes, we can see that most of the species belong to the mesophytic (U3-3,5), micromesothermic (T3-3,5) and weaker acid-neutrophiluos (R4-4,5) categories. Key words: Mureş hydrographic basin, species-list. Introduction Th e Mureş River, with its 768 km length is the largest waterway in the Tisa catchment area. Its 30 000 km2 hydrographic area makes it one of the most important rivers of the Carpathian Basin. • Genome Sizes of 227 Accessions of Gagea (Liliaceae) Discriminate
Zonneveld et al. SpringerPlus (2015) 4:395 DOI 10.1186/s40064-015-1167-4 RESEARCH Open Access Genome sizes of 227 accessions of Gagea (Liliaceae) discriminate between the species from the Netherlands and reveal new ploidies in Gagea B J M Zonneveld1*, B te Linde2 and L‑J van den Berg2 Abstract Nuclear genome size, as measured by flow cytometry with propidium iodide, was used to investigate the relation‑ ships within the genus Gagea (Liliaceae), mainly from the Netherlands. The basic chromosome number for Gagea is x 12. The inferred ploidy in the Dutch and German accessions varies from diploid to decaploid. Consequently there is =a large range of genome sizes (DNA 2C-values) from 14.9 to 75.1 pg. Genome sizes are evaluated here in combina‑ tion with the results of morphological observations. Five species and the hybrid G. megapolitana are reported. Apart from 14 diploid G. villosa, six plants of G. villosa with an inferred tetraploidy were× found. For the 186 Dutch acces‑ sions investigated 85 turned out to be the largely sterile G. pratensis (inferred to be pentaploid). Inferred tetraploid and hexaploid G. pratensis were found in 30 and 20 localities, respectively. In one locality an inferred decaploid (10 ) plant was found that could represent a doubled pentaploid G. pratensis. An inferred decaploid G. pratensis was never× reported before. The genome size of Gagea megapolitana from Germany fitted with its origin as a cross between the two hexaploids G. pratensis and G. lutea. ×Gagea spathacea from the Netherlands was inferred to be nonaploid as was recorded from plants across Europe.

One of them proved to be a form of Ga- gea villosa. The second population was primarily classified as G. pomeranica based on morphological characters. The molecular results, however, revealed a relationship to G. pratensis. A third population, not identified by its morpho- logical characters, turned out to be another hybrid in the Gagea lutea/pomeranica/pratensis/megapolitana complex and is likely a part of a hybrid swarm resulting from a recent radiation of Gagea in Central Europe. Keywords: Liliaceae, Gagea, hybrid complex, floristic mapping, Baden-Württemberg.

A total of 518 vas- cular plant taxa (504 species and 14 subspecies) were registered and classified into 102 families and 316 genera. The families with the most representatives were Asteraceae, Poaceae, Rosaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae, and Brassicaceae, while the most species-rich genera were Euphorbia, Prunus, Potentilla, Ranunculus, and Rumex. Floral elements were grouped into eight areal types, dominated by the Eurasian areal type. Also, of the 54 noted adventive taxa, 41 had an invasive character. The biological spectrum was characterized by the domination of hemicryptophytes and therophytes. The presence of twenty protected plant species and six tertiary relicts was registered. Keywords: areal type spectrum, biological spectrum, invasive plant species, loess, South Bačka, vascular flora. INTRODUCTION Siberia, North Africa, Argentina and New Zealand (Dlussky 2009). Loess (German Löss, meaning loose) is usually defined Loess deposits in Vojvodina are among the oldest as terrestrial clastic sediment dominated by silt-sized par- (dated to the late Early Pleistocene) and best-preserved ac- ticles formed by the accumulation of wind-blown dust (Pye cumulations in Europe and recent studies have shown that 1995).
